Very pleased with our 3 night stay. Breakfast included and different each morning. The location is great within steps of JR Station. Room was clean and staff very kind and helpful. We bought a all day pass on city bus for 500 yen in front of JR station. Check with tourist information at JR station for which bus and the...

We stayed at this hotel some years ago and it has not changed...Still a Business Hotel of high standard. Staff were all lovely and willing to assist where possible. The room we had was larger than others on the floor but had no view....given we only use the room to sleep it was of no great concern. The Hotel is...

a couple of minutes walk from the Kagoshima-chuo train station. . Typical businessmen’s economy hotel, with smallish but efficient rooms, free WI-FI in rooms and also LAN cable connection, ample space for working on your computer, a humidifier machine, hot water maker with a couple of packets of tea, and a 6:30 a.m. free breakfast in included.

Good-sized twin room (by Japanese standards) at good price including breakfast (though this was only Japanese other than coffee, orange juice and bread). Our 7th floor room (facing east) had slight view of volcano, though we still could hear trains on tracks below.

First thing to keep in mind is that this an economy business hotel. If you are the type of person that is more interested in only using a hotel as a place to shower and sleep than staying in a big hotel room to enjoy the amenities, then this is a great place to stay. Also I would recommend this...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Very good business hotel with usual amenities. Room was small (as is usual in Japan) but bed was comfortable. Good air-conditioning. Breakfast is included in the price and was Japanese style with bread available. Quite good. Check in was efficient and they spoke good English. They kept our luggage before check in...

Room is small but not tiny Bed is designed for keeping 28" luggage underneath which give more space in your room. The best thing is Hotel's Staff attentive to help guest on the request related to your stay. We received staffs' assistance during our flight cancellation because of Snow Storm on 24 Jan 2016. Many many THANKS to Ms.Tomita, Ms.Hamada...

Staff very courteous. Rooms tiny, beds very uncomfortable, amenities very poor eg 2 washing machines to service 10 floors? Would not recommend, overpriced with little value. On a month long trip in South Japan one looks for comfort at the end of a day's travelling, we didn't find it here. My tour company would not come back here.

Excellent location very close to the station. Stayed a couple of nights to visit Sakurajima. Typical Toyoko inn - safe, clean, small rooms and cheap. The Japanese breakfast was really good here and as usual you can eat as much as you want. Highly recommend.

We stopped at this Inn for four nights while doing the tourist thing around Satsuma. For Western travellers the rooms are a little on the small side (basically, its a 'salary man's' hotel for 1-2 nights) so the storage space is very limited but it is clean and comfortable. Japanese style breakfast is good if a little crowded in the...
