The staff is nice. Best location easy access to Hakata Station and others by subway, bus, etc. One uncomfortable experience is the room. It was so hot like being in sauna. Couldn't sleep. Finally I called staff. They told me to open the window (9th floor) or keep the door open a litte. I never thought of doing the latter.... More

Location is expectedly excellent; staff were very accommodating. Some rooms were relatively small, but its location made up for it. Though, the hotel should strictly implement their non smoking floor policy (I requested for non smoking floor, but the smell was very evident around the room-and the hotel was so regretably polite and quickly transferred us to another floor). Really... More

We were ten tourists from the Philippines who stayed in Hakata Green Hotel for 5 days. All of us agreed that we were lucky to stay in this hotel which was very near Hakata train station - very convenient for new comers to Fukuoka. Nearby, besides the bus & train stations, were shopping centers, bakery, drug store, restaurant, tourist information... More

This hotel is acceptable only if the location is all that you care about. Do not expect cleanliness or good service and be prepared that the overall interior is very dark, tired and worn. Bathrooms smell of mold and there's dust in corners, behind the desks etc. Is it cheap? - yes, but this is Japan and there are many... More

Very near Hakata Station's east exit side, perfect if you're travelling by train or leaving early the next morning. Booked from the hotel website and got a 5oojpy coupon to spend at the convenience store accross the street. Rooms were decent, spacious enough and affordable at 5,100JPY/night for a non-smoking ladies room. This hotel has a lot of foreign visitors.... More

The hotel was really close to HAKATA train station, if you have a lot luggage and just too tired to take a subway after your long flight, you really should put a reservation at this hotel. Across the alley is a convenience store and a lot restaurant just around the corner, don't have to worry about if you get hungry... More

The location alone makes staying here make sense. It's as close to Hakata station as you can get without actually sleeping in the station. I had a single room, and it was extremely functional, had everything I needed. One thing that was better than most hotels-- everything was controllable from the bed: air conditioning, lights, TV, radio. The bathroom was... More

Overall, like most Japanese hotels, the hotel rooms in Green Hotel 2 are fairly small. Lots of tight spaces with not a lot of walking room. The size of the room seems appropriate for 2 people but there were 3 of us, so the couch doubles up as a bed. In terms of service, I find that most Japanese speak... More

Single room is very small, like in most of Hotels in... More

Located near Hakata Station so very convenient to travel by both bus & train. Check in-out was fast enough, staff speak fairly English with smile (typical Japanese gesture), they have store room to keep guest luggages (if you wish). Breakfast was great, you have choice of three restaurant with buffet or set menu mainly Japanese dishes (we like it). It's... More
