    fantastic..loved Roynet especially view of Wakayama Castle. Room exceptionally tidy comfy and full of ameinties (tv wifi etc). Loved the daily breakfast buffett - best Ive encountered in years of travel! Make sure you visit the bookshop on ground floor and walk around the castle...More

    wow view of the Wakayama castle

    I'm a sucker for views... and for some reason I was able to book this hotel for <$50 USD. The room was standard Japanese room, clean and compact. The view was to die for, you get a birds eye view of the entire Wakayama castle....More

    Best Daiwa in Japan

    We started here for two nights and were extremely satisfied. The front desk people was very courteous and helpful. The room was like the other Daiwa hotels, clean and efficient. Our room was facing the castle and has a great view. The breakfast was excellent...More

    Great value

    We stayed only one night in this hotel. Room was nice and clean and it overlooks the park and castle. Buffet breakfast was a generous spread and they even have takeaway coffee! I would come back to this hotel for my next stay

    Perfect location

    You can walk about 15min from train station or wait for a bus. the area is quiet and you can get great views of the castle. The soundproof of the rooms is nice and the space was clean and just enough for one person, but...More

    No, there is no extra charge for children through elementary school. An extra bed or baby bed can be provided (again, no charge). I looked at the FAQ's on the Japanese site.
