In this hotel it is easy to feel at home. Service is nice, as expected (we're in Japan), the rooms are comfortable and the food is really good. The buffet offers a good selection of Japanese style food, but Western style is there, too.

HI, In the immediate area not that much - it is 20+ minutes walk up Sanjo Dori to the start of Nara Park where there is lots to see (Temples, gardens, picnicking) - you can hire bikes at the hotel or at a shop on the other... More

Yes., there is a hair dryer in almost hotel rooms in Japan.
