I stayed here during my trip to Yokohama.
It is located about a 5-minute walk from Nihon Odori Station on the Minatomirai Line, so it is very convenient. It is a little way from the main street, and there was no indication on the map inside the station, so I relied on the map on my smartphone to get there.
It is also close to Yokohama Chinatown, and it is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Motomachi, so I think it is a very convenient hotel for sightseeing.
The staff at the front desk and the breakfast restaurant were also attentive. The breakfast restaurant is small, so there were many people waiting around 8:00, but when I told them my room number, they contacted me to let me know if a seat was available, which was a nice response.
The room was a twin non-smoking room on the 11th floor, but I think it was well-cleaned, and there was a Nespresso capsule coffee maker and cables for electronic devices. It was also helpful that there were two outlets next to the pillow. As mentioned at the front desk, the bed in the room was equipped with an Airweave (thin type), which was also comfortable.
There are only a few check-in counters, so you will have to wait a little while to check out. Make sure to have breakfast at the restaurant early (or maybe you can skip breakfast).
Despite this, the hotel is close to a public transport station and is convenient for going out to tourist spots. Next time I come to Yokohama, I'll stay at JAL City Kannai.

It is a very nice service that I feel JAL Group is very responsive to the staff.
There is comfort and security in casual conversational interactions.
The staff at the breakfast venue felt quite attentive.
It is also the best location for access to nearby event halls, Chinatown, Yokohama Stadium and sightseeing in Yokohama.
I used JAL City in Nagasaki a few months ago and the breakfast there was great, so I can't help but compare it.
Since Chinatown is close, I was arbitrarily thinking that there would be many local dishes on offer, such as Chinese porridge and other dishes associated with Chinatown, and Napolitan, which is said to have originated in Yokohama.
However, the hamburgers and mini seafood bowls that were made to order were very good.
To my dismay, the smell of grilled hamburger patties filled the breakfast hall.
Regarding the breads that appealed to you, was it just a coincidence that the croissants were not crispy and felt stiff and dry, far from soft and fluffy?
Should I have lightly toasted it?
As advertised, the curry was rich enough to feel like two different recipes of onions.
The guest room was concerned about ageing stains on the bathroom floor.
Regarding refrigerators in rooms, it's a pity that refrigerators in all hotels are so simple these days that they can't be chilled or frozen tightly.
I think you can probably keep a certain amount of things if you ask the front desk, but considering the hassle of asking, it would be helpful to have a small but proper refrigerator in your room.
Other than that, it was quiet and calm and we stayed slowly.
We will use it again depending on the good location and the comfortableness of the room.

It's a very convenient location, close to the station, Chinatown, and Yamashita Park. Although the facilities in the room aren't anything special, I think there are more people going to sleep at this location than just relaxing at the hotel, so I don't think it's a problem at all. Breakfast also included a small seafood bowl and a mini burger. The afternoon drink set of 2 drinks costs 1,600 yen, which is also a great deal.

I stayed for several nights and enjoyed Yokohama and Chinatown. The location was convenient for sightseeing, but as soon as I checked in, the trouser press in my not-so-spacious room was taken away, but when I had the room cleaned on the second day, the trouser press was returned. Is a trouser press really that necessary? It's a nuisance. I put it back in the hallway, but it was puzzling.

This is a very clean hotel. It is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Chinatown and Yokohama Stadium. Breakfast was previously only Western-style, but Japanese food was added in September, and I think the service is more than worth the price. The staff were very polite, so I was able to stay with peace of mind.

It is convenient to be able to walk to tourist spots and event facilities, but the price is not too high and the staff were polite and friendly. The rooms are a little old in places, but the noise from daily life is not an issue and they are comfortable. I don't know about breakfast because I didn't have it.

The room was very spacious and nice, but the unit bath needed cleaning...
There was hair on the shower curtain, which was a little annoying.
The bathroom and toilet doors were semi-transparent and didn't lock, so even though I was with a friend,
I felt a little uncomfortable.

The air conditioning has a wide range of adjustment, and perhaps because the bedding is of high quality, I was able to sleep soundly. Considering it a business hotel, the only drawbacks are that there is no coin laundry on site, meaning you can't do laundry in a hurry, and there is no microwave, meaning you can't warm up your lunch. If you call the hotel, they won't answer during busy hours, so you can't be sure your message was conveyed, as you can't reply to emails you send instead. The breakfast menu is monotonous, meaning that the same thing happens every day except for the soup that changes daily, so you get bored of it after staying there for several nights. Looking back on it like this, I can't give this hotel a passing grade except for sleeping.

I had to take care of some business, so I quickly booked two deluxe twin rooms for my family. It was available on the 12th, so it was a relief.
■Good points:
①Room size:
I thought it would be small at 22 square meters, but it was a very spacious layout.
The toilet and bathroom doors are semi-transparent, so it would be a little scary if you're not close to the person lol
The bathroom was spacious, and the room was also spacious, which was really good. (I didn't have any expectations at all, so it was even more so) The view wasn't great because it was in the valley between the buildings, but I wasn't there to enjoy the view, so it was OK.
②Location: I wasn't there for sightseeing, but it was good to be able to take a walk around Chinatown and Yamashita Park, which I don't usually go to. It was close and convenient.
■Breakfast: I was surprised that there was only Western food, but I ate mainly salad, so it wasn't a problem. I felt that costs were being managed. The food was delicious.
■Disappointments
①The staff were in training. They were not used to handling this, and when I did not tell them at first that I wanted two rooms, they kept processing in one room until halfway through, which took a while. That's fine, but I was a little surprised that they were mysteriously brusque and intimidating. Also, they said that the receipt would be ready by the time I checked out, but that was not communicated, so it ended up taking a while to check out, which was a little disappointing.
②There was hair left in the bath in room 1! I was shocked. It was my first experience. I wondered how this was at a JAL-affiliated hotel.
I was really grateful that I was able to make a reservation during the Obon holidays. I was able to stay cheaply, which was helpful.

Stayed in Yokohama for 2N here before taking the cruise at Osanbashi Pier. We booked the Deluxe Double and it was spacious enough for 2 adults with 3 luggage. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable as the mattress was slanted to one side. We’ve also found hair on one of the cushions placed on the bed. No room slippers were provided and glad we brought our own disposable ones; there was a sticky patch at the front of the WC. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room though, and you can also take free coffee bags at the reception. Staff are overall friendly and helpful.

In my opinion, the simplest and most economical way to get to the hotel is to take the Narita Express train to Yokohama and then the Minatomirai subway to the Nihon-odori station. From the subway station, use the Osanbashi exit and the hotel is about a 2 block (less than 5 minute) walk. If you have too much luggage to take on the subway, just take a taxi from the Yokohama train station to the hotel.
We arrived in Narita, and we took the train to Yokohama. Then, we caught a subway to the hotel area. The next morning, we walked to the pier. It was not a long walk. You can walk right into the terminal.
"Not any good views as its between blocks. Does have a firestation nextdoor, but that didnt disturb us."Read full review
