I stayed here to enjoy the Yokosuka Iris Garden and the Yokohama Yamate Western-style Pavilion: Harmony of Flowers and Vessels (June 1st to 9th), and used this single room (14m2, bed width 120cm). There are four different combinations for this single room: city side (JR Sakuragicho Station side) or night view side, and bed with or without airweave. I chose city side with airweave (there are four different room rates, each with a different price). What I liked was that the bathroom amenities were POLA, and the shower head was good, so I used the shower and it felt good. One thing that bothered me was that the room size was 14m2, so the disk was small (45 x 55cm) and I couldn't spread out tourist information such as maps (if you're staying for work, it might be a little difficult to use a computer in the room). The location is in front of JR Sakuragicho Station, so it's easy to get around and close to Bashamichi Street, and there are many restaurants to choose from, making it very convenient.

I stayed here for one night due to a work event. The single room was cleaned well, and the bed and bath were clean and comfortable. The night view of the bayside was amazing! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was satisfying. Check-in and check-out was simplified and labor-saving by machine, which was also convenient! The only thing that bothered me was that there were a few times when I could hear noises from other rooms, but it was not enough to be a problem. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations! I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I booked a room in late Feb, 2004 on the hotel's website and got a good deal at ~ 11,000yen/night (nett). The room is tiny, but not abnormally so for a hotel in Japan. Yes, you do have the plastic-injection mold bathroom that makes you think you're still on the plane, and if you've got more than 2 pieces of luggage; better yet, if you're sharing a room with someone (regardless if it's a doubles-room or semi-double), you do have to have to deal with an obstacle course to get around. All that said, the staff is very courteous. There is a convenience store right next to the lobby (which is a few floors above street-level as the hotel sits on-top of a small restaurant/shopping complex). You have quite a few selections of restaurants to choose from right inside the building, which is very helpful when the outside is cold and rainy. The famous Yokohoma pier is just right around the corner, and if you're lucky like me, your window will give you a postcard view of the ferris wheel and the pier. If you're looking for a place to stay during a short visit to Yokohama, this is not a bad choice. It is just across the street from the JR train station, and about 10 minutes walk to nearby shopping centers. All this make a nice breakaway from big crowded cities like Tokyo, and it's just a 30' train-ride away.

The location and security are both good, and if you stay in a room facing the sea, you'll sleep with the curtains open. The night view is beautiful, but the mornings are also very refreshing. I recommend this place when you feel like you're about to give up or get depressed.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 week during my business visit to Japan. This hotel is located outside Sakuragicho station and is 10 min away from Yokohama station.
The check in is located on 5th floor and there is no porter for luggage assistance. I had to carry all my suitcases to 5th floor for check in. Since this was my first visit to Japan, i requested them to show me the room first before checking in but they refused. So i went ahead and completed the check in. When i requested them to help me with the luggage as i was carrying two large suitcases they even refused for the help. They pointed me to the luggage trolleys kept in the lobby and told me that i only have to manage the luggage till my room.
When i entered my room, i was so disappointed. The room was so small that there was hardly any space to move. There was not even sufficient space to keep my luggage. I immediately went to the reception desk and asked them to give me a bigger room. They told me that they are sold out and upgrade is possible only if i pay more. I paid them 5000 JPY per night to get an upgrade to next category room which was slightly bigger.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Japan for business or tourism. The hotel staff is not at all supportive.

The station has the advantage of being easily accessible from the station, but the facilities are old and not comfortable. The antiquity of the air purifier and humidifier in particular was very unpleasant at an unsanitary level. If you get an error and keep getting that notification sound, or if it's an old equipment, I want it to be properly maintained. The staff also seemed to be very cold and uneducated. I won't be using it anymore.

I stay several times a year because I want to enjoy the view from the window. The prices are on par with normal business hotels, but the views from the windows are amazing. (Especially on the sea side.) I am satisfied with the view of The Minatomirai every time.

I booked this hotel via their website and got a great deal (10,000 yen- £50GBP) for a semi-double on the bayside of the hotel. This meant I had the magical view of the amazing Minato Mirai complex that you can see in the photos for this hotel (not my picutres though). We arrived early and the staff were very helpful, and allowed us into the room straight away. The room itself was spotless, had a LCD TV, internet connections, movies on demand service (by payment card), air con, and was really nice and quiet, and the view was incredible ( I think I already mentioned that!). The room was small, but the bed was comfy, the bathroom functional (with Japanese bidet/toilet thing!), and they even provide you with a yukata (gown) and slippers during your stay. The location of the hotel was great, and the shops and restaurants surrounding are fantastic; reasonably priced and in great variety. The JR Sakuragicho station is 150 metre walk from the hotel, which makes Yokohama centre (4 mins) and Tokyo (25 mins) a very short journey. I used this hotel as a last stop before going to the airport on the way home, and the Limousine Bus service (3500 yen - 90 mins) runs from the YCAT in the basement of the Sky Building (East exit of Yokohama station - 4 mins away from this hotel), which makes this a very convenient hotel for getting to Narita Airport if you don't want to stay in Chiba the night before you go!

I booked Bay View room, the room too small but the BayView is stunning to compare price with other hotel around. Good breakfast, close to transportation ,train, bus , shopping mall and all good local restaurants.

No exaggeration whatsoever, but this hotel is by far the one I'm most impressed with after several trips I've had in Japan. Like I've said, the location IS perfect. The moment you step out of Sakuragicho Station, the hotel is RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF YOU (well, slightly to the right, to be exact). If you're visiting Yokohama, it is a must for you to go to Minato Mirai 21 area anyway, which is most conveniently accessed by Sakuragicho Station. Therefore, living right beside the station is undeniably the most convenient.
One small thing, though: the hotel name on the building is only written in Japanese, therefore MEMORIZE THE SHAPE OF THE BUILDING, for that will be very helpful to locate the hotel, despite its already obvious spot. Once you exit the station, you will see a convenient store called "NEWDAYS" (which is in bright red and yellow) on your right, and there is a stairway and an escalator in front of it (even an elevator, which is very useful for those with big luggage), take it. Cross the walkway to the other side, it should directly lead you to the building of the hotel. The building is not only a hotel but a mall, so you will have to enter the building first and go up the elevator inside again to the lobby floor (I couldn't quite remember which floor, but most probably the 7th, if I'm not mistaken, but it should be written in the elevator).
Moreover, there is a 7-Eleven on the lobby floor, which is pretty convenient. Good service, very friendly. English: okay, as long as you're just checking-in, checking-out, and leaving your luggage.
The view at night, if your room is facing out to the Minato Mirai 21, is just breathtaking. At night, the ferris wheel will be lit up with colorful illuminations and the harbor is just beautiful.
The room size is not too spacious but not too bad for a Japanese hotel standard. Comfortable bed.
Lastly, the price, was totally worth it. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Come to an adult place but have no connections? I recommend Xizi for dating girls in Tokyo, Japan. Japanese girls provide a full range of S services. If you see someone you like, you can spend cash in Japanese yen. No deposit or remittance is required. No fraud is allowed. You can book hotels and home delivery. Foreigners are accepted. You don’t need to know Japanese. You can make reservations in Chinese. Good news for foreigners TG:cc383 and Line:03828. The first choice for business trips and travel. High-quality delivery tea delivery

Hi, I'm not aware of a coin laundry, they might do a room service laundry option?
7/11 is directly under the building at street level, just next to the main entrance.
Yes, we do but its actually not our parking.
The cost will be about ¥3000 for 1 night although it would depend on how tall your car is and what date you stay.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
