They were very helpful from the time we arrived in the morning until we checked in, and from after we checked out until we left Yokohama, when they helped us store our luggage, and when they sent it to our home via courier.
We were a family of three, and children up to elementary school age stayed for free, and since our main purpose in visiting Yokohama was Chinatown, we also appreciated the convenient location.
The standard double room was by no means spacious, but this was not a problem as the accommodation was positioned solely as a base for sightseeing.
It's also easily accessible from the station. (We used Nihon-Odori Station, but Kannai Station is also nearby.)

The trainees are working hard and thank you for your hard work.
It's hard to tell why a room with two beds is on time for one person.
Additional charge for two people. Please do something about the Japanese system.
and stayed there for the first time on a weekday during the holidays.
After staying there, I felt that it was one of the better hotels in the chain that I had stayed at.
The front desk and the room did not feel like a business hotel,
and the room was clean and there were no problems at all.
The hotel is surrounded by many buildings and Yokohama Stadium is nearby,
but we did not hear any noise from the room and were able to spend our stay quietly.
The hotel is located close to Yokohama Park and the entrance to Chinatown, so we did not get lost.
After checking out, we went to Nihon-odori Station, and it took about 5 minutes
so we think the transportation is quite convenient.
There was also a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, so we did not have any trouble eating or drinking.
We did not have breakfast as our accommodation plan was a bed-and-breakfast plan,
but we would like to have breakfast the next time we stay.

Chinatown is nearby so there was a lot of good food choices. I had a meal at a nearby Japaneses restaurant and also found good food choices in Chinatown.
Breakfast at the hotel was quite comprehensive with something to suit all tastes. The bonus was an onsite barista and unlimited cappuccinos or lattes. Easy walk to nearby shopping street for those little items you might have forgotten to pack.
I stayed here pre-cruise and it was possible to walk to the pier for embarkation. I use a walking stick and still managed to get to the pier on a very hot day. For anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel and a reasonable price I would recommend this one. I will most likely stay there again before another cruise.
However it is long 5,000 yen taxi ride from the Shikansen Shin Yokohama station.
There have also been times when a room was available and I was able to use the ladies' room.
There are amenities and thoughtful considerations for women, and the front desk staff are kind and attentive.
The rooms are clean, the security is good, and the internet connection is comfortable.
Access to the surrounding area is also good, and it is very convenient as it is easy to get to the convenience store below.
I think this hotel is very attentive compared to surrounding hotels.

The hotel is upstairs above the shops but obvious enough. Check in is on 3f.
The room was a premium business hotel room. Meaning it was very compact but what was there was of a higher standard than that of a Toyoko inn, or Washington hotel. More like a Jal City hotel.
It was quiet. I slept well despite being on the street side.
The breakfast is not worth it. 100‰ Japanese food, really not great. I'm not big on kelp for breakfast, a bit of toast, coffee was as near as I got. Plenty of cafés nearby if you want to get something more normal for breakfast.
The area lets the hotel down. In the daytime it's fine. At night the surrounding area is decidedly seedy. Walking to find somewhere to eat was not pleasant as I was constantly bothered by the working girls. Retreated to my room with food from the convenience store. I don't want to rate this hotel down as it is good, but I think it's important that people coming here know it's not great at night in the area.
"Go to Chinatown for some really great food. A very short walk from the hotel and so many choices in restaurants."Read full review
"Our price point was a smoking room but they were able to accommodate a change to a non-smoking room which was appreciated"Read full review
