Great service and in the heart of Kawasaki. Ichiran Ramen is just 400m away and its 24hrs. Great amenities with good service. Value for money. Rooms is just a tad small for my liking, then again so does any other hotels in Japan.

I stay 5 nights for business. Near the train station, very convenient location to everything. All staffs are so nice. The room is a little small (typical Japanese business hotel), It is enough if you just sleep and a little work. I would like to stay next time too.

Fantastic hotel, although on the more expensive side it was an excellent buffet breakfast! The cost of the hotel was very good value for the money. Free shuttle bus to and from the Narita Airport. A handy convenience shop within the hotel complex. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

i forgot my cell phone after checking out at another hotel. The staff at the Kawasaki Nikko Inn was exremeky helpful allowing me to use their phone and patiently waiting for me to contact the other hotel.. A heartfelt thank you to staff at reception on 12 Oct 2015.

They wouldn't let us check in early without charging us. They annoyingly offered bigger rooms for extra charge. Worst of all, they gave us a smoking room that we didn't want. Then we had to wait more time for a non smoking room. Very rude front desk! They spoke bad of us in their language, not knowing we understood. Complete...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Small rooms but that is what you get in Japan. It's was comfortable, clean and modern. Great value for money. The staff were helpful and genuinely nice. A minute walk to the JR station, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Kawasaki Nikko hotel for four nights. Booked a 22 m3 room as opposed to the inexpensive 14 m3 room. Sufficient space for doing work after business hours as well as a little relaxing in the room. Can not compare to the more renowned international hotel chains but sufficient for a long stay. The hotel staff both at...

I stayed 4 days in this hotel and it was the first time in Japan. Room was very little (I discovered this is usual in Tokyo hotels). Position of hotel is very interesting, near railway stations and bus station. Outside, a lot of typical restaurant and shopping are available.

Very nice hotel, staff, breakfast buffet, wifi, rooms (I don't understand the complaints about room size--this is Japan, hotel rooms are small), and great, convenient location. Be sure to check out the small park behind the hotel during early April for the Sakura. Gorgeous. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth buying upon check-in. The beds are comfy with nice big...

The room we stayed in was so small. There was an ironing board which was also small. Location was good since it was near the train stations, shopping centers and parks. I also like that the toilet seats were warm. It was comfortable to sit on.
