It has a great location as it is at the bottom of the street where all the hotels are so you don't have to walk all the way up the hill or wait for a shuttle. Rooms are great. It has free wifi on ground level next to a restaurant where you can eat untill midnight when you get hungry...

We were highly impressed at the value for this perfectly situated hotel in Hakone. We stayed here one night and was shocked at how clean the room was for only being $100 a night!!! The onsens on the property were equipped with your essentials which was great and also very clean and comfortable. There was no meal plan with our...

Once in the lobby, it seemed a low average place, but when we were escorted to the room in the adjacent building it was a great relief. Spacious, well maintained with a separate sitting (on floor) portion. Had a separate dressing room attached to the bathroom and also has onsen (hot spring baths) We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is about 12 mins walk from the train station. Lovely quiet location with indoor and outdoor spas free for guests to use. A lovely relaxed atmosphere with clean rooms. They are a little dated but for the price; great value for money. Would recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable base to explore the region.

I was very lucky to be in Japan again in late October early November this year. One of my favorite areas not far from Tokyo is Hakone in the Mt. Fuji area. And, once again, I visited that beautiful and scenic area. I have been to onsens in Hakone several times, and each time it was a wonderful experience. My...

We stayed for one night in the family room with western style twin beds and capsule attached bathroom and Japanese style Tatami living room and futon mattresses, along with yukata robes and tatami indoor slippers. Hotel offers 3 types of accomodations - Western, Japanese Ryokan (luxury) and combination of Western and Japanese (VFM). The Onsen facilities both private and public...
