My deluxe twin room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. It included a large TV, refrigerator, hot water pot, and green tea. The hotel itself is somewhat secluded, and it seems most rooms have views of the garden or greenery. So quiet. Be sure to bring some snacks and drinks because there aren't too many options nearby. My room included breakfast (Japanese or Western), and I was very pleased that they took my request for a vegan Japanese breakfast. It was great. I will definitely be returning.

This hotel was a medium-sized complex with public onsen at the top. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were large and clean and very reasonably priced for the area and services, came with yukatas that you could wear. Everything was very clean. Complimentary breakfast buffet was quality. Only complaints are that there was no 24-hour in-room dining so when we got in at 11pm had to make do with cup noodles from the gift shop downstairs and the front desk had terrible English (worse than the norm in Japan).

There was no cage in the room, but they responded immediately after I contacted them. The cage was bigger than I expected, and my pet seemed to be comfortable there. I didn't know there was a dog run, so it was a pleasant surprise.

I didn't think I would use the room bath because there was a large hot spring bath, but when I saw the shiny new bathtub and shower curtain, I ended up filling it with hot water.

It was both very pleasant and the open-air hot spring bath in the large bath.

The free-flow drinks in the lobby lounge were great.

(Alcoholic drinks are charged)

I prepared the pool, but I didn't have time to go in, which was the only disappointment.
