I stayed at this hotel for one night when my family went to Disney this summer.
The hotel is located a little far from Disney, but it is directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, so it is convenient for those who use the train.
I visited by car, but the entrance with the parking lot and the front desk were on different floors, so it was a little confusing.
To check in, you enter your reservation information into a terminal and register the information yourself on your card key, but I thought that this might take longer for older people.
This time I stayed in an Oriental Deluxe room on an upper floor, and it seems to have been renovated, so the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The TV in the room was able to watch Netflix and YouTube, so it was convenient to enjoy a variety of content.
There was also an amenity room on the floor where the front desk was located, where you could take any amenities you wanted, and I thought it was very convenient that they even provided diapers for children.
There was a lounge near the front desk, where you could get alcohol, juice, light snacks, etc. for free, which was appreciated. However, when I booked this time, there were plans with and without lounge access privileges, and I booked the plan with lounge access privileges, but there was no room check or anything like that before using the lounge and it was available to anyone, so I wasn't happy about paying a slightly higher price for a special plan.
For dinner, I had the buffet in the hotel restaurant, and all the food was delicious, especially the roast beef that was cut and served in front of me.
Overall, it was a satisfying stay. Thank you.

First visit to Japan, first to DisneySea, Disneyland Tokyo lodged at Disney partner hotel. Choosing this hotel was certainly a magnificent decision. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5. The rooms while small, are very practical and has everything and more. We were there to spend time at the parks. Visiting from Los Angeles, United States, we are used to Disneyland and California Adventure so we were extremely eager to check out Tokyo’s parks. The Oriental hotel has amazing amenities and conveniences as such: 1) shuttle buses that does their rounds several times an hour so it really helped us get to the park early and back to the hotel after hours when tired; 2) a “happy-hour” like lounge time (we benefited from after the park) to get some snacks and beverages. Such included ice cream, nuts, candy galore, slushies, juices, tap beer, cotton candy, coffee and tea. And while crowded, you can bring to your room!; 3) a toiletries room! You can get all your toiletries necessities a-la-carte. Pick up a clear bag, fill it up, and off you go; 4) less than 100ft away from the JR station! (Not that we used it). I mean, this hotel has it all. And while people have complained about the check in process, well, Japan is very efficient and Japanese people are courteous and treat everyone individually. Maybe we are just too entitled? Let’s be nice. It’s vacation.

Perfect location for those visiting Disney parks. Disney Sea is a 10-minute drive away, but the hotel also offers a shuttle. In front of the hotel there is also a station. The check-in was a bit hasty since we were not described all the services that are however numerous: an underground car park, an English pub, a market open 24 hours a day. The pride of the hotel remains the breakfast. In my life I have never seen such a hearty and quality breakfast: hamburgers and eggs benedict cooked at the moment, smoothies, sautéed rice, soba... incredible! If I return to Disneyland Tokyo I will stay at this hotel again even if only for breakfast.

I stayed here for a few nights to be close to Tokyo Disney Resort, and for this it was an excellent choice- the complimentary shuttle bus was excellent at all hours of the day! The hotel itself is right next to the station, the lobby is very nicely presented, with drinks and sweets available in the afternoon and evening, although this gets very messy after park close, with many just taking advantage and grabbing several beers and containers of sweets. The Lawson attached to the lobby was very convenient, as was the amenity room, although again some guests were abusing the system. The rooms themselves were nice, if a little dated, the sound proofing both to the rooms next door and above is not adequate for a good night's sleep, and the corridors did have quite a musty smell.
Check-in is via tablet but at a desk with a staff member, which was a strange use of resources, I liked the storage room for bags if you are early to check in, and most staff were friendly and happy to help, however I experienced interesting customer service when I had an issue with my room- a staff member with a trainee badge was tasked with helping me via a translator app- whilst I absolutely don't expect everyone to speak English, I thought it was a waste of everyone's time that she had to run into the back office 3 times to relay information and ask questions before her manager, who I should add spoke excellent English, came out to assist her/me, and the problem was then solved in 2 minutes.

I have stayed here several times, but this time the room was designed to accommodate up to six people, which made me laugh. I always stay in a different room at this hotel, but this time it had two double-decker beds (which can sleep four people) and two single beds, which could accommodate a total of six people. There is probably a demand for this hotel because it is only one station away from Disney Resort. I have stayed here before, and I am very happy that they offer free welcome drinks in the lounge on the first floor. They have draft beer, sparkling wine, soft drinks, and colorful candies and gummies? Also, the amenities are available in the space next to the check-in counter, so you can get as much as you need. I think they have most of the things you need, such as coffee, bath salts, and toothbrushes. It is also nice that there is a convenience store behind the check-in counter. Although I did not use it this time, they offer a wide variety of meals for breakfast.

As the hotel is next to the train station, you literally reach the hotel once you leave the train station. Check in was easy especially if you did the pre check in form online. We got the card and went up. However at > 25K yen a night, i had expected a bit more. The room seemed basic and there was no bottle of water.
There is a free shuttle to Disneyland and Disneysea which makes it easy to take an afternoon break during your visit.
You need to collect your amenities from the lobby level. We headed to the Narita Airport after we checked out and found out the airport bus at the station only had 1 timing a day! Disappointed, i had to find an alternative route to the airport.

Disney partner hotel located strategically at JR Shin Urayasu station (connected by pedestrian bridge). Hotel room is spacious with 4 single beds (We book Quadruple room). All amenities can be taken from the lobby level (just beside the receptionist), it has wide range of amenities e.g pijamas (adult and children), toothbrush, pampers, soap, lotion, and many more. The room and hotel is a bit dated but in good and clean condition. There is a self service laundry at lobby leve, it has around 5 washer and 5 dries, coin exchange machine is provided as well. We didn't try the breakfast so we can review on it. Since this hotel is a Disney partner hotel, it has shuttle bus run frequently since early morning to both Disneyland and DisneySea (bus leaving from the 1st/ground floor) and there is a Sagawa express counter as well (open until 12pm almost every da). So it is very convenient for sending luggages. JR Shin Urayasu is around 20 minutes from Tokyo station, it has few big shopping mall nearby e.g AEON, and others. The hotel provides free drinks and snacks (ice cream, candy, many more) on the lobby level (Opening time can check with the receptionist), it has beer and soda drinks. Overall, a good value hotel if you are visiting Tokyo Disney Resort.

Decent place to stay! The rooms are spacious, with a comfortable, Western-style layout. Although the hotel is a bit outside the city, it’s directly connected by subway, so I had no issues with the location. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable spot to crash. The staff was friendly, and I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. There’s also a small market nearby, and buses are available to both Narita (NRT) and Haneda airports.

This hotel is a great option if you're going to Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea. It is conveniently located right next to the train station so it's super easy to get to. The location of the hotel is only great if you're going to be visiting the Disney parks from here though. Don't book this as your main stay in Tokyo as it's a bit for out in our opinion. We only went to Disney from here so no problem for us though. There is a Lawson right downstairs in the same building and there a restaurant/pub in the basement as well. The check in process was super easy and the staff super helpful during this process. They also were able to print out our Disney tickets since we don't have a printer with us. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from both of the parks which is super convenient. Also a lot of ammenities available for free which was great. There is even free coffee, tea and some other refreshments in the main lobby. The room itself was really large and can easily fit a family, it was also super clean everywhere. Highly recommend!

After a rough start at check in, it started getting better after that! We stayed in the new oriental rooms, and you must book them if u decided to go! Worth every penny! The only negatives I found about the room was the hard beds and the air conditioning. We had it on the lowest setting and it was still hot in our room… besides that the hotel is in a great location right next door to a train station and shopping centre! The breakfast was great and a great selection of things to eat! The hotel also provides the guest with free drinks, beer, wine and candy to snack on

Aloha. The hotel offers a free shuttle, it is first come first served. It runs on a set schedule. We caught the train instead, which was faster, direct, and more convenient for us. I'm not sure how early the shuttle runs, but keep in mind it services the other Disney hosted hotels. I did notice that the crowd waiting for the shuttle wasn't too bad. Hope this helps!
