It was convenient because the park and hot springs were right nearby, and it was very nice that the facilities were newly renovated. And the morning breakfast was so good that I decided to stay here again next time. The bed was also so comfortable that the tiredness of the plane quickly faded away.

Modern, very clean, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. We booked 3 rooms (twin, king and family rooms) for our trip and we were pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms were (esp after reading reviews about small rooms/beds from other hotels). We loved the fact that the hotel is in a very quiet location and getting around Tokyo in a rental car from the hotel was easier than I thought it would be. Easy parking, convenient store on site and tidy small gym on site, all of which we used without hassle. Staff were excellent and several spoke english. Highly recommend Hyatt Place to everyone !! AAA+++

Stayed one night before an early rucksack march to Disney Sea with 2 young kids. Amazing, outstanding (and note, both my husband and I have degrees in hotel managements and combined 20 years experience, so we don’t easily throw around “amazing, outstanding”). This is THE hotel to stay if you plan on showing up early at the park.
They offer a free shuttle from the train station to the hotel (it was a bit tricky to find but someone from the hotel guided us over the phone literally step by step how to walk there)
We bought McDonalds takeout before we got on the bus as dinner (we got to the hotel in the evening)
Our room had 4 beds (wow), all bathroom amenities, a fridge. We brought sandwiches and food with us to eat breakfast really quick at the hotel, again, that saves you time to get to the park early.
My husband took the first shuttle out to the park and there was insane traffic, I think he left at 6:30ish. Kids and I took a later shuttle around 7:20-7:30, some traffic but we still managed to get to the park before 8, my husband was at the head of the line to get into the park first to get fast passes
I highly recommend this hotel for a one night stay before visiting Disney parks.
We booked the room on Hyatt app, the price seemed decent. Remember to have passports with you if you are not a Japanese citizen, it’s a requirement in Japan

Beautiful, peaceful location. Great for runners - popular running routes just outside.

Regular shuttle service to local train station is main way to access the Japanese rail (2km away) and supermarket/ a few external small shops. But need to note the schedule.

Very pleasant decor of room and amenities.

Staff were exceptionally helpful when I had a problem.

Shower head a little narrow (the water spray is small) but acceptable because it’s environmentally friendly. Nice deep soaking bath tub that the kids loved (please note we are not tall people, it was fine for us, but it’s not a very long bathtub).

Club room/ service (at extra cost) significantly enhanced our enjoyment of the stay.

Buffer Breakfast service and content was excellent.
Evening dining options very good- but would be nice to have more vegetarian options. :)

Stayed here for 3 days for Tokyo and Disney visit.
The room was well appointed with very comfortable beds, large soft and fluffy bath towels and bathrobes. The sea view from the room was lovely with stunning colours at sunrise.
The reception staff were friendly and very helpful with arrangements of airport transfers and all enquiries. One of the staff even went out of his way to help us warm up some supermarket meals.
Shuttle bus service was provided to bring guests right to the parks.
Thank you for a lovely stay

This hotel is very nice, we had a family room with 3 beds and 1 sofa is converted into a bed for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Everything in the hotel is super clean and spacious, it is exactly what we are looking for, and we had an enjoyable and wonderful stay. Given I am a Hyatt member, there are some extra benefits we can enjoy when we reserved the room using the hotel app or Hyatt website directly. If I ever come back to Disneyland Japan, I would definitely reconsider to reserve this Hyatt again! Keep up the good work!

This rebranded Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was our home for two glorious days when we went to the Tokyo Disneyland Resort. I think this was my absolute favorite hotel I stayed in, while in Japan. First of all, since we were there for my birthday, which I had previously mentioned at booking to the hotel, they upgraded our stay and we had access to the Club lounge. Mind you, I previously had Explorist status but have since lost it; so at the time of check-in, we didn't have status with Hyatt, yet they upgraded us. We booked our stay entirely on points! We had a 10th floor room which was HUGE. It had everything I could possibly want in a room: cold A/C, Toto automatic toilet/bidet, USB charging ports and standard 110V outlets, separate toilet area to shower area, comfortable king-sized bed, complimentary pajamas, Nespresso machine, ice machine on every floor, digital safe, excellent water pressure in the shower, lots of extra space, and a wonderful breakfast buffet which was included with our stay. My husband loved the breakfast buffet options with the egg station, salad bar with selection of seeds & nuts, Asian and Western offerings, coffee machines, juice bar, and fresh fruit selections. They also have a rooftop bar which we tried to check out but was apparently closed during our two days there. We were there mid-week so I guess that's normal.

When we checked in, our room was not yet ready so we had to leave our luggage with the concierge. We were given tags for the bags and the person checking us in asked if they had permission to place the bags in our room. That was totally fine with us since we were headed to Tokyo Disneyland that day. I neglected to see that she had written the room number on our luggage tag but it was there. By the time we returned after a long day, we still had to get our keys, so that's when I noticed they had given us a room on the top floor. We got to our room and noticed how spectacular it was. I was excited to say the least. There was a personalized note from the manager welcoming us to the Hyatt, stating how honored they were that we chose to stay there during our celebrations and a bowl of Japanese grapes.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the nearest JR train station (Maihama), along to both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, at designated stops and times. The hotel is a little further out compared to the hotels at Tokyo Disney Resort but it was nice to be out in that area just to see how the locals lived. We found nearby convenience stores and a shopping mall with a food court. Thank you to the staff at the Hyatt for making our stay so memorable. We had a very comfortable stay and did not want to leave. If you're coming from the Maihama train station, look for Bus# 3 to take you to the Hyatt Regency. Of all the hotels in the Tokyo Bay area, the Hyatt Regency is definitely recommended.

I had never been to Japan and was a bit nervous planning the trip, particularly with lodging. I wish I could accurately convey though how perfect this place is! If you are going to Disney, this is your hotel! Easy travel to and from local airports, shuttles that run to and from the Disney parks, friendly staff, clean facilities, competitive pricing, and a great location! This place has it all! I will definitely be staying here again. My only feedback would be, given the proximity to Disney, make sure you have enough staff working who can clearly understand and speak English. People want to feel safe and understood, and at times it was hard to communicate our needs. Also, get rid of then movie on the shuttle bus. It plays entirely too much and the music is terrible. I know, I know, it’s marketing, but the people on the bus were beginning to become annoyed because it plays way too much. We are already at the hotel, so you don’t need to sell us anything. Just continue to do what you do. We will be back again!

I stayed at this Hyatt Place for five consecutive nights. It‘s a fact, that this hotel is a bit far away from the city center, if you can say so, but it was not a problem for me at all. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to Shin Urayasu station and other bus stops were nearby. Only at late hours there‘s no public transportation available. The staff was friendly and very courteous at all times. The room was not really spacious, but ok and very clean. Housekeeping members did their job well too, I mean everyday when cleaning the room. Thank you very much for this! In the morning you have a lot to chose from in the restaurant for breakfast. I also ordered once at night some pasta, which was very delicious! Unfortunately they didn‘t have a pool, which I missed a lot, but there was a gym and even a convenience store. It seemed to me that the hotel was quite new. I definitely would stay in this Hyatt Place again in the future!

We loved our stay at Hyatt Regency. We stayed here because it's near the Disney resort where we got 2-day passport for DisneySea and Disneyland. They provide free shuttle services, and the food is great. They also provided kiddie toiletries and were proactive in providing housekeeping concerns.

I am not aware, we came from Osaka to got to Tokyo Bay. There is a Bus Shuttle that picks you up at Disneyland that would take you to Narita. So what we did was take the Hotel shuttle to Disneyland where we boarded the Airport Shuttle to Narita Terminal 1. Hope this helps.
