This is a perfect and inexpensive hotel for a Disney vacation. My wife and I were traveling with her sisters family which included 2 children. I was seeking a good alternative to staying on the Disney property as I would have to rent 2 rooms and that would get very expensive very fast! This hotel is few miles east of the Disneyland entrance but has a free shuttle in the morning and return service in the evening. This really solved the logistics of getting to and from for us which we were concerned about by staying off Disney property.

Travel from Narita Airport is by the Narita Airport Limousine Bus. This bus does not stop at Mystays but rather the Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay which is located at the Shin-Urayasu Train Station. We decided to walk from there to Mystays with our luggage and kids. It was only about a 15 minute walk. In retrospect, it would have been easier to just take a cab. We would have needed 2 cabs which are about 1000JPY ($9USD) each for the trip. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant walk on a nice day.

At check in, we were greeted by some of the friendliest employees I've ever encountered at a hotel...more on this later. We were offered the option to prepay for a western and Japanese style breakfast at a discount. We took them up on the offer and it was about $10USD per adult per day that we wanted to eat. Also, their English was excellent which really made communicating easy for us. Every time we walked by the front desk or through the lobby, we were greeted with a very sincere smile and a "hello". You really can tell when staff at hotels are "faking it" and these folks really cared about their guests.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 was a Superior Twin and the other was a Superior Queen. As with most hotels in Japan and particularly Tokyo, the rooms were on the small side. The twin room was the larger of the two but we were there to take the kids to Disney so we were really only sleeping in the rooms after a couple of exhausting days at the parks! The rooms had a mini fridge and a small wall-mounted television. The hotel is located adjacent to Meikai University so the only view is of their athletic fields. A microwave and vending machines (which also vends beer!) is located in a room next to the elevators on each floor. The hotel while not the newest building, was very clean.

Breakfast was good. More Japanese items than western items which was fine and they had small hotdogs for the kids. This certainly helped save money by not eating breakfast at the parks.

We chose to walk to the Shin-Urayasu Station to get dinner. This time the walk was much easier without luggage! There is a large Aeon department store which also has a supermarket and a food court. This is where I had what I would describe as the best Udon (Japanese noodle bowl) of my life! There is also a McDonalds which has a bit different menu than those in America. The area was bustling with people and very safe.

On the second night, my wife wasn't feeling well and I went to find some cold medicine for her...easier said than done! Nyquil is illegal in Japan as well as many other things that we would normally get over the counter. I went to the lobby to seek suggestions. As I just mentioned, finding cold medicine can be a bit of a chore. The front desk staff started calling pharmacies and local stores for me. I was really surprised as all I really wanted was for them to point me in the right direction to walk from the hotel. They didn't want me to be inconvenienced by walking to the wrong store. The area around the hotel is vary safe they explained, they just didn't want me to waste my time. It was literally a level of customer service that is not common even at the bigger chains.

We enjoyed the rest of our stay and when it was time to leave 4 days later, we did take 2 cabs back to the Oriental Hotel to catch the bus to Narita.

If you're hesitant to book a hotel that's not right next to everything, don't be. I was at first too but the cost savings far outweighed the few extra minutes it took to get to Disney. I mean it. It was really worth it! The staff was incredible and made things so much easier for us. My family genuinely appreciated their warmth and hospitality. If I every return to Disney, I absolutely would look at this hotel first. Everything in Japan is expensive but the hotel was very reasonably priced. It's hard to do Tokyo Disney on a budget but this hotel really helps!

TIP: If you buy a round trip Limousine ticket from Narita, go inside the Oriental Hotel upon arrival and make a reservation for the bus you want to take back. Even though you have a ticket, you need to reserve a return seat.

Only about 15 minutes walk to the nearest train station, but if that's too far a taxi is very cheap and very safe. It's perfect for anyone going to Disneyland (like we were) because they run free shuttle buses. There are also free buses to the station in the morning. We were given plenty of information about these on a printed flyer so there was no confusion. The room was spacious and very clean and there are vending machines and laundry services readily available in the halls. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast served at the hotel as it is very overpriced for what is served but that is the only 'complaint' we had. All in all it helped make our trip to Japan very enjoyable!

Hotel is perfect if for a visit to Tokyo Disney Resort. The room wase larger than some I have experienced in Tokyo and included a double bed, which has not always been the same for me on solo trips. There is no space to hang clothes, except a side rail with four hangers but this did not bother me. There is space under the bed to store your luggage. The bed was VERY firm, which may bother some people. There is a safe and TV, hairdryer etc. The did not spend a great deal of time in the hotel room as the purpose of my visit was the Disney parks. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from Shin-urasayu Station, which is a 20 minutes train jounry from Tokyo Station and a 4 minute journey from Miahama Station (Disney). The hotel includes a free shuttle to Disney - there are 3 of these in the morning calling at Shin-Urasayu Station, Miahama Station, TDL parking lot and TDS parking lot, though if visiting TDL you may as well get off at Miahama. On the way back the bus leaves from back the back of Miahama Station only but also stops off at Mystays in Miahama so get very packed however this is nothing compares to trains at rush hour in Tokyo. The buses are naturally very prompt (this is Japan) and the drivers friendly providing almost constant commentary in the morning run. Having stayed in Tokyo itself on previous visits I found staying this close to TDR a huge advantage and will definately stay here again. There is nothing around the hotel atall however there are several shops, starbucks, mcdonalds, subway etc near the station

Stayed here four nights on a trip to Tokyo Disneyland.

Hotel is about two miles from the parks but there is a free courtesy bus that takes you to both parks and the train station in the morning that was a great plus. We did walk it once, but it was a trek.

Room was small but functional. Comfortable double bed with choice of standard or memory foam pillows. Rooms now have free wifi which was a great bonus. Cabled wifi is also free in room.

Rooms were very clean. Small (ok, tiny) bathroom with washbasin, hip bath with over bath shower and an amazingly complicated toilet. Try pressing a few buttons for a range of surprises :-)

Breakfast was an extra 1000¥ but didn't really cater for western tastes. Vegetables, fish, rice and a few pastries, fruits and cereal. Milk, water, juice and Japanese tea was also available. We did it once, than ate in the parks.

Vending machines near the lifts gave a range of sodas, snacks, wine, beer and even noodle dishes, tights and socks and any items that you have forgotten to bring, razor etc, are available for free in the reception area.

Enjoyed our stay here. Next time would probably spend more money for a hotel nearer to the parks, but overall a great little hotel.

Friendly and well presented. was definitely value for money. Good laundry facilities.
Did not specify smoking/non smoking option at booking and were assigned smoking rooms on arrival. They were very quick and accommodating in changing our rooms to non-smoking however. There is a little bit of a walk to station and shops, but not too far - about 15mins. Don't be late for Breakfast!! arrived with just 5 mins left before breakfast buffet finished. and was told 'don't talk... eat!' so they could close. lol!

We went to Tokyo Disneyland & Disney Sea last June 26-30. We enjoyed our stay for 4 nights for a family of 3 at MyStays Uyarasu. Hotel staffs are very helpful and hospitable. Buffet breakfast starts at 7am and we enjoyed it. Room is clean, comfortable and everything we need are all available. They have a complimentary shuttle bus going to and from Disney which is super great deal! We felt we are being take care of as their guest. Hotel rates differs each month and days, so plan your visit accdg. to your budget. Visit weekdays, cheaper room rates and less crowded at Disney Tokyo. Thank you Ms.Hoshino for your best effort about my bus reservation.

From Narita Airport, we took an Airport Limousine Bus going to Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay Urayasu. From Oriental Hotel to Mystays Hotel, we walked and pass AEON Mall.. well its a long way walk esp. if you have luggages and kids. It looks near at Google Map but prepare for a long walk.. there are convenience stores but you need to walk. Nearest Train Station Urayasu & supermarket with foodcourt is at AEON Mall, approx. 15-20 min. walk. I recommend you buy advance airport bus ticket at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay to Narita Airport and ask for the schedule. Riding to and from via Airport Limousine is much cheaper than taxi. Adult is ¥2450, kids ¥1230 one way.

It is a few minutes walk from a train station with easy access to Tokyo station and all airports. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. It's like renting a flat, if you want towels then you have to ask for them at the desk. There's no cleaning room service. The good point is you have a small kitchen in the room and the rooms are quite big.
Besides there is a vending machine with some food (something very rare in Japan).
The hotel is at a business area so there is not much to do and you have to take the underground for having dinner and so on. The good thing is the underground station is nearby, the bad thing: in Japan the underground closes at 00:00, so forget about nightlife if you plan to stay at this hotel.

We spent two nights here in order to spend a full day at Disney Sea.
The room was small but adequate. Walls a little shabby as people probably bang and scrape their luggage on them due to the confined space. Shuttle bus to Disney Sea was handy.
We walked from the train station to the hotel with our cases- about a 10 minute walk, so good access.
Restaurants at station and nearby shopping mall were varied, and again, only a short walk away from the hotel. We especially liked a little bar we found in the middle of the food area in the mall. Enjoyed a sparkling wine and beer here!
A reasonably priced hotel if you don't want to spend big dollars when visiting the theme parks.

This hotel has very small rooms which is typical for Japan. We got a regular double room which fit my husband and I just fine, but definitely didn’t have enough room for an extra bed. It was a great hotel, though, and is such a great deal that it may be worth it to get the big rooms or multiple rooms.

Hi The shuttle when we were there in March left from the lobby and went via the train station and then to DisneySea and then Disneyland. I think there was a schedule on the hotels websites. It is only morning and very late at night. We caught taxis at night and it was only about 1000 yen for the 5 of us on one taxi. It was just easier after the tiring days. The morning shuttle were very busy though and there were some days we were lucky we got on. Enjoy your trip Michelle

When I inquired at Mystays, they suggested a route from Narita Airport via train. So I assume they don't have an airport pickup service. What we did was we bought Airport Limousine Bus ticket at Narita Airport and was dropped off at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay and walked 15-20mins to Mystays Shinurayasu Conference Center Hotel. I reserved tickets in advance at Oriental Hotel to Narita Airport. Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay is the nearest drop-off point of Airport Limousine Bus from Narita Airport. We visited last June 26-30. TAXI/Uber is expensive around $US 200++ one way, wherein Narita Bus Limousine is around $US 22 (¥2450). Hope this answers your question.
