The location is also great. There is a bus stand just outside the hotel, a wonderful public onsen and a lovely park within a 5 minute walk and a convenience store in the hotel. Just about all you need for a short and perfect holiday to Tokyo Disneyland.

The staff was unfriendly, impolite , lazy and arrogant. The food was worst, it was far from the public transport. Probably , i will never stay there, even for free. It was never worth the money i spent.

The hotel boasts its own fleet of large buses that run regularly to Urayasu station and the nearby Disneyland and Disneysea theme parks, at no extra cost to the guest. Absolutely free are the genuinely cheerful two-handed waves from the staff as you depart and arrive back.
That hospitality extends throughout the building. Staff are warm and friendly, and English is widely spoken. The lobby is large though welcoming, with a children’s play area and a wall of mirrors that magically project colourful moving animated sea creatures. Plenty to keep the youngsters (and idle adults) occupied while you’re doing business at the counter.
The rooms are whisper quiet with luxurious new beds, and the building feels so solid that it could withstand an earthquake and follow up tsunami. The Wi-Fi is fast, consistent and throughout the hotel.
Although the hotel is located some distance from shopping centres and restaurants, it has a Lawson’s convenience store on the ground level that offers a wide range of snacks, some hot food and perfectly tasty pre-made meals. The microwave located in the laundry close by comes in handy for families who don’t want to hit the hotel restaurant every night and maintain some budget sensibility.
We didn’t try the hotel’s restaurants, opting for eating at the Urayasu station food centres and Disneyland (be prepared for queues and limited choices). But some locals we befriended assured us the hotel’s restaurants were excellent.
With its situation right on the water’s edge, the rooms have tremendous views over the enormous Tokyo Bay and the lovely green spaces that hopefully will remain permanent. The walking and cycling track stretches forever and offers a great opportunity to work off that tempura combo set you thought you’d never manage but somehow did, and there’s a small pine forest and children’s play area in the parkland adjacent to the hotel.
I travelled with my family (partner and two children aged 4 and 7), and this hotel suited us perfectly. We shared a very decently sized room that we could never get in central Tokyo for the money paid. And if you’re worried that a location such as this would be too far from the action, rest assured a JR train from Urayasu station to Tokyo station will only take 20 minutes. A rapid service is even quicker.
Oh yes, did I mention this hotel is close to a place called Disneyland? Perhaps not the best example of traditional Japan but a treat for all ages nonetheless.

Location is a 20 minute shuttle ride from Disneysea, about 15 mins to the train station. The shuttle can take you to Disneyland, Disneysea or the train station.
There is a 24 hour Lawsons convenience store where you can buy food and microwave in the store or in the laundry room (where there is a vending machine and microwave). Laundry room has 3 washing machines, 300yen per 5kilo load, with dryer at 100 yen per 15mins.
There is a restaurant onsite but we didn’t try it out. Check in and check out was quick, and they didn’t even hold a security deposit.
The place really caters to families with its big rooms and shuttle service. It’s great value for those looking for a more affordable place close to Disney.

Anyways, we had a wonderful buffet. The breakfast buffet was very full and we did arrive 10 minutes before it closed, so the lovely staff told us to come back for lunch buffet. It was definitely a plus!
An array of Japanese dishes to choose from including freshly made tempura and beautiful salads, soup, pastas, noodles, and desserts to choose from. There’s something for everyone.
Tokyo Bay has one of the most spacious room in this area. Breezy sea air outside. Next to the the bay if you like a morning or evening stroll. View of Disneyland in the horizon and Tokyo skyline.
Free shuttle buses to Disneyland Resort and Disney Sea and Urayasu JR Station (where you can get off from Tokyo Station). Timetable provided at check in. Staff are corteous and check in was a breeze.
The interior reminds me of a mermaid theme, under the sea kind of feel good. I had a relaxing time. It is very family friendly. It is Halloween season, and they even have a photo booth for you to take photos (with costume changes)!
The bathroom is decide amenities, one can dream off. From facial wipes to pedicure.
If you need a mid night snack, there is a 24 hour supermarket called Lawson where you can get anything you want from Onigiri to buns to matcha ice cream.
Thank you for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time away from the bustling city of Tokyo!
