The hotel is decent. Breakfast poor. Exactly the same stuff every single day. The Spa is insane. Really nice. Just a shame you have to go in starkers. The most homo-erotic experience EVER. You have to wear a mask and gloves to pick up a piece of bacon at breakfast, yet it’s OK for 70 guys to stand around totally naked in the Spa. Bizarre people.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea. It was a good value considering the prices of the other hotels in the area. They did have an english translation for all their amenities. It is a spa hotel with what appears to be very nice services, bath area. The bathroom in the room seemed to have a tub with mineral water,at least I hope that is what it was. We don't speak any Japanese and are a large American family. This was quite a humorous and fun adventure. A very clean and modern hotel. We had an amazing view.

This hotel is close to Disney. Easy to catch the shuttle to Disneyland or walk to Disnet sea. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the baths- wonderful after a long day of walking. The price was great for the location and amenities. Lots of vending machines for easy cheap snacks and drinks. Nice breakfast buffet.

We picked this place because of it was walking distance to DisneySea and had a huge onsite bathhouse. The bathhouse was larger than we expected (3 levels). First level are shoe lockers. Second level is the actual bathhouses separated by gender. Third level is co-ed and has a restaurant and sushi counter as well as a relaxation lounge and outdoor foot bath. In addition to the three levels, they offer numerous types of spa treatments (most of the spa menus are in Japanese).

The check in process was a little long and only a few reception staff members understood English (not fluently). Our room was western-sized and had a traditional Japanese bath room. There was also a large balcony (no balcony furniture). The beds, despite first impression, were actually quite comfortable. The room does however need a serious upgrade in decor, especially if they want to be ranked as a 4 star hotel. Spa robes and slippers were provided for us to wear to the bathhouse.

They hotel does provide a shuttle to DisneySea and DisneyLand, but only up to a certain time. We decided to walk instead to DisneySea, which was an easy 20minute walk.

Check out is at 10AM. You can extend your stay but at an hourly cost. The onsite breakfast buffet also ended at 10AM so unfortunately we didn't make it. Good news is that after you check out, you can still use the bathhouse at a discounted rate. Since our flight wasn't until later, we took full advantage of that fact and also enjoyed a delicious lunch in spa restaurant. Great soba!

On our last day, we met Raymond Tanaka, a recent hire who used to live in Washington. The hotel is trying to become more westerner-friendly in preparation for 2020 Olympics. He is fluent in English so ask for him if you need assistance. His level of customer service was 5+ stars. He helped us reserve a cab and even asked the cab driver to wait for us when we were running late.

Visit regularly to enjoy the onsen and onsen restaurants. Place is modern and very clean. Restaurants well priced for buffet or a la carte and quick service. Massage treatments professional and well priced but suggest you make a reservation in advance.

A great spot for a relaxing time so close to Tokyo.

This hotel was a gem find as it was close to the Disney parks but you didn’t have to pay the higher prices. Parking was also cheaper than the other “on-site hotels”. They offer a bus service in the morning to the Disney parks which makes it as easy as the monorail.

Room was the largest we’ve had in Japan and the hot tub with balcony view was a plus. We didn’t use the spa amenities but they were available.

Definitely a great deal when visiting Disney.

We stayed in Japanese room for 2 nights at the beginning of our Japan trip and it left us with the most unforgettable memory of the whole trip. The hotel provides free shuttle bus between the hotel and Maihama station, also the Disneyland and the service was so reliable, showed up very on time. The room I booked was cheaper than their the normal Japanese room because it doesn't have any view. But it's valued, the balcony with the spa was still nice. The room was comfortable, my first time of Tatami experience was so good. The floor was not that hard to sleep. The room rate included unlimited entry to the Onsen. We absolutely enjoyed it. Every staff was friendly, they tried to help you in every possible way. However, if you mind smoking smell, make sure you book the non-smoking room. Overall, I love the whole experience and plan to come back next year.

We loved this hotel! Close to Disney (free shuttle to Disney, only a few minutes away). On nights we didn't go into Disney, can see fireworks from hotel). Clean, comfortable room, nice spa and restaurants on site that were quite wonderful. Staff exceptional and some are English-speaking! Highly recommend!

Our family of three stayed here for 3 nights visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Disney sea.

What we liked:
The hotel and room was very clean
The staff was very helpful, there was a Mandarin speaking staff Mr. Chan, who gave us some great tips on how to get around
The restaurant on the 6th floor was very good, the staff understood our dietary concerns (no shellfish due to allergy). We had all our dinners there, we also tried their late night menu, which was also quite good.
There was an onsen "tap" in our bath room - great to be able to enjoy onsen water in private! The bath in our room is semi-outdoors and is connected to the balcony, we can see the ocean while in the bath.
We LOVED our Japanese styled room (no beds but futons on tatami) with a view of the ocean and Disney sea, we were able to see the fireworks :D
The hotel has two wings, hotel and spa, for the spa wing everyone needs to remove their shoes and place them in lockers provided on L3, it was a great experience. They have massage services that ends at 2am. Public baths indoor and outdoor, relaxing area, a reading corner, outdoor foot onsen, hot stone rooms etc There is also a small shop on L3 for snacks, local gifts, clothes and toiletries.
The hotel provides shuttle service to Maihama station and back.

What we found a little challenging:
Language -I had a little problem booking the hotel as all was in Japanese, their English site is down or being constructed (luckily I know a bit of Japanese)
Couldn't really communicate with the shuttle driver in English, we had the impression that the shuttle can drop us off at Disney sea, but the driver told us to get off at Maihama station and take the Disney resort rail.
Because it is a smaller hotel, the Airport limousine bus does not stop directly at this hotel like it does at the bigger ones e.g Hilton etc. The hotel shuttle can take you to the stations where you can take the bus.
Spaces on the hotel shuttle is very limited especially in the mornings or late evenings (when the parks close), so if you are travelling with kids and luggage, it's probably easier to take a taxi to get to the hotel or get to the bus station in order to go to the airport.
