We stayed on the wish side. There’s a cute little garden area with characters lit up. The lobby has a cute set up with displays and tea cup seats and area for kids to watch movies while checking in. There is no place to eat lunch or dinner but there is a breakfast cafe with mediocre food choices. It’s not included with the room so it’s a pay separate thing using a machine cash only btw. The best was the egg salad coffee and corn soup. Love the shuttle service, always on time and convenient. Room service comes in everyday. Sweetest cast members. They do have a convenient store with all kinds of food snacks and other stuff but m, no medicine sold though. We felt a cold coming on so that would’ve been helpful.

If u wanted to experience Disney magic but don't have much to spend, can consider this hotel. Rooms were expectedly small & kinda dated, breakfast cheap and there's a convenience shop within the hotel. Plus point: the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel and there is free shuttle bus provided to Disneyland, Disneysea

theres a lawsons in the hotel, so if you want to buy snacks do not fret! the staff was very kind and the beds were comfy. the shower could be improved upon but the nice mural on the wall more than made up for it. its 20 minutes away from the park but theres busses every 15 to 20 minutes so as long as you’re up early you can still secure a good spot in line. 10/10 would visit again!

This is a good way to experience an official Disney Hotel without the high cost. There are twin complexes - one themed for Disneyland and one for DisneySea. This hotel still has Disney themed rooms (although not as elaborate as the main hotels), a Disney themed garden courtyard and lobby, shops etc. You can buy Disneyland tickets at the hotel. The biggest drawback is that the location is a 15-20 minute (free shuttle) ride away.

Overall a great experience. Hotel lobby area is very nice, rooms looks a a bit dated but very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful although like all hotels we stayed in Japan staff spoke limited English. Hotel not near the Disney park/ train station. For ppl wondering how to get there, there is a shuttle bus that runs every 20 mins between maihama and hotel. From maihama station walk out towards Disneyland, walk past Bon voyage merchandise store then walk another few mins and turn left down the stairs. There is a huge area where all the hotel shuttles are. Bus stop no. 4. Airport limousines to Narita and haneda also there.

Late flight arrived after midnight to locked main doors with tired kids in tow and in winter. After quite a long check in (oblivious to kids) we got into the room, after 1am Japan time. Room is tight if more than 1 luggage with zero wardrode space but guess this is Disney's "budget hotel". Functional otherwise and comfortable enough for good nights sleep. Breakfast was a disaster, the queues unbelievable. Never stayed at a hotel where the seating capacity certainly is a serious miscalculation to the size of hotel and considering everyone staying here are wanting an efficient breakfast to head to the theme parks, this is terribly managed. This hotel also has zero means of commuication (no email, no facebook messenger) so if you want to make any booking changes you have to risk a call to which all hotel staff english is very very limited. Maybe they are so full there isnt drive to improve.

I’m a single mom living here in Japan. Both my son and myself absolutely LOVE Disney everything! So I booked a special trip for him and I to Tokyo Disney resort to celebrate both of our birthdays. I didn’t have enough to book with the higher end Disney hotels and initially was weary of a value hotel as I’ve been to some here in Japan and didn’t have good experiences before. But once we entered, the staff were absolutely welcoming and warm. Due to covid, they had everyone spread out and had dots placed on the floor as a standing placements. There was hand sanitizer stations and everyone was following safety and health guidelines. Check it was easy and quick. Again, staff was very warm and patient with me. After checking in, directly next to the check in counters, are two elevators. Boarded and got to our room. Surprisingly pretty decent sized for a value hotel, view was okay, bed was spacious and everything was clean, neatly organized and easy to understand. They provided matcha instant packets along with a electric kettle which was perfect. There’s a small fridge and safe below the tv stand hidden in drawers so the kids I assume wouldn’t get in. Next to those are drawers for clothes which held pajamas. There were also plenty of towels, basic amenities, a stepping stool for younger kids, a coat rack, and Disney slippers. Aside from the twin beds that I’ve pushed together for my toddler and I to sleep in together, there were two day beds on opposite sides of the room separated by a coffee table. They were next to a large window which had a decent view. Best part of the room is the mural on the wall! Absolutely gorgeous! Black out curtains worked perfectly by the way! Didn’t realize it was morning until I checked my phone! Haha. Breakfast isn’t complimentary but I highly recommend trying at least once if not your entire stay! Delicious and lots of various things to eat. From the hotel to the park, you’ll need to board a shuttle bus which comes several times a day. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the park but honestly the ride isn’t bad at all and you’re at the park before you know it. I absolutely recommend this hotel. I will be going back again this November for another birthday trip. If any staff see this, thank you so much for being so kind and welcoming to me and my son! Being a single mother is hard, especially when traveling. You had made me feel at ease during my stay! Thank you!!

My family & I stayed at the Wish hotel for 3 nights in September 2019. The Superior room was a good size for 2 adults & 2 kids. We ate the hotel breakfast one morning but stuck to the convenience store on the other mornings as it was better value and had plenty of juice, fruit, yogurt & bread as well as hash browns in a hot cabinet. The shuttle service was great but did take 30 minutes one morning due to traffic so leave yourself plenty of time. There is a shopping centre about 15 minutes walk away (easy flat walk) and a bakery (Pan Jewel) about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel was clean & friendly with a great convenience store, gift store & waiting room (like a big dining room) if you arrive early or have already checked out. Our only gripe was the lack of early check-in. When you've flown 10 hours overnight then spent another hour on the bus from the airport with 2 kids it would be great to have an early check-in available, even if there was a charge for it. Otherwise, a good value Disney hotel that we would stay in again.

This hotel worked well for our family of four, looking for an affordable option near the parks. The free shuttle to the parks was efficient and we never had to wait long for it. Our room was comfortable, with four beds. We were thankful for the happy 15 and skipping the long line entering the park. We have used the magic hour in the U.S. Parks and doubted how much help 15 minutes would be, but it really was great. The one issue we had was that housekeeping took my daughter's shirt when they were cleaning the room (she left it inside the hotel pajamas) and they never could find it. They looked for a day and a half and their laundry service couldn't find it. They didn't offer us anything except an apology and the American parks/hotels would have done more. They were nice about it, but it added a lot of time trying to talk to different staff members at the front desk to our trip, rather than time in the parks. Not a big deal, but not ideal.

Nice hotel and great value for money although a little inconvenient to get to the parks. The shuttle buses do run regularly and are extremely punctual. The decor of the entire hotel is great with all the little touches of Disney. Breakfast is okay, for the price it’s what you’d expect. Rather than pay the price of the hotels in front of the parks I would return to the Celebration hotels.
