Clean and quiet with all the nice little amenities including kimonos and slippers. They have a wonderful restaurant which we enjoyed fully after our long flight. The next day we stayed in a 5 star hotel in Tokyo and I did not enjoy it as...More
I stayed here for one night after a flight from Australia as I was traveling to Yokohama the next day. There is a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes from Narita airport and I had no problems finding it and got to the hotel within...More
I booked a single non-smoking room for one night as I had to catch a morning flight the next day. I was given a twin bed instead which was not bad. The hotel is very close to Narita Airport Terminal 1, about 5-10 minutes walk....More

If you go onto the hotel web site you can find the shuttle bus timetable. In the ‘access’ heading, I think. What terminal do you leave from? We walked from the hotel to terminal 1. It only took about 5 minutes and we thought it more convenient than waiting for the bus, then lifting luggage on and off a bus. However, we did check out the route the evening before, so we knew where we were going. It was good to stretch our legs after a long flight and then we were confident we knew where to go.
