Stayed one night for a connecting flight. Most important thing I can tell you is that if you arrive at Terminal 2, the bus stop to catch the hotel bus is number 26. It took me awhile to figure this out-I'll save you the trouble....More
I ended up in a single room on a layover to catch a connecting flight the next day.
Hotel was very clean; staff was very efficient and friendly; Room amenities were solid and it was quiet on 7th floor where i stayed.

The hotel runs a shuttle from the the property to the Aeon Shopping Mall and Narita City. The city has many eating and shopping opportunities - be aware that at most eating establishments, some English will be spoken. From Narita City, if you have the time and feel adventurous, you can take the trains to further explore Tokyo and even Tokyo Disneyland.
