Stayed two nights after a 14 days HK-Japan cruise on the ms-volendam. A free shuttle bus service from Narita airport terminal 1. It's about half hour ride to the hotel. Our room was on the 5th floor of the annexed wing and non-smoking floor. The room was surprisingly large with to big twin beds. It had coffee making facilities, TV...

Located just next to the Narita station so it's easy to find and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Price for a room was really cheap. Staff at the reception and sport bar were really friendly. Room is quite big, I had no problems opening my two suitcases on the floor. Hotel also has a free shuttle bus...

Needing a room for the night before catching a connecting flight to Chitose. I used United miles to book a stay at Mercure Narita. The hotel is located one train stop away from the airport on the Keisei Line. Cost 260 yen. There is a free shuttle but I didn't want to wait and wanted to test my skills catching...

We stayed at this hotel the night before traveling out of NRT airport. A shuttle bus is provided free of charge to and from the airport, ask the hotel for a timetable. The hotel really needs to be refurbished, outdated rooms, reception and hallways really drag down the Mercure brand. There is a relatively good buffet available for dinner in...

This hotel was fine. It wasnt overly expensive so as they say you get what you pay for. We arrived late into Tokyo and were flying out the following day so we just needed a night somewhere close to the hotel. It probably wasnt as close as what we were expecting but it was fine at the end of the...

I overnighted waiting for a flight out of Narita Airport. The Mercure Narita Hotel was a great value for the price. Friendly staff at the front desk (Shin Sun hee) and in the sports bar. The hotel in next to the train station with restaurants nearby. Will stay there on my next trip through Tokyo.

We did a stop over in Narita for one night on our trip to London. The Mercure is advertised as an airport hotel but it is at least 30 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to and from the airport but these do not run frequently (only one every 90 minutes) and we found...

I finally decided to be a member of the Accor group of hotels, where Mercure Hotel belongs to, so I can start earning points. And one of the perks that I surprisingly found out was being able to get a room requested for. So now, no more rooms in the annex for me, no more long walks in the connecting...
