At first glance this seemed a ho-hum 4 star Hotel in a semi-industrial area. Do not be deceived. Whilst the Hotel was fine, breakfast good, the real gem was a short walk away. With a few hours to kill we took their advice and took a moderate walk (maybe 500m) towards the Temple (not that we are in to Temples...

I stayed in double room, the bed is big enough for 2 ppl (54 inches) and plenty space to open the luggage. Close to Keisei Narita Station, please use the east exit, and there is a Lawson convenience shop nearby. Very good for catching early flights. You can take shuttle bus (¥210, close to West station, route number 6) to...

The hotel is a 10 minute stop from the airport on the local train on the Keisei main line. One way train ticket is less than 300 yen. Check-in was easy and the room although on the small side has tv, humidifier, pants press, tv, small refrigerator and pajamas and slippers. If you forgot any toiletries, the bathroom has toothbrush/toothpaste,...

Quite spacious rooms for Tokyo. Clean and well equipped hotel. Close to the airport with free shuttle bus. Good restaurant with helpful staff. Some reception staff have limited English, but they made up for this with determination to be helpful. No complaints.

Stayed overnight in Richmond Hotel. Arrived Narita day before catching cruise ship at Yokohama. Pickup by hotel shuttle bus. Trip took abut 20 minutes. Hotel staffs were very helpful and efficient. Room was clean and good firm bed. We didn't go out to town since we were up over twenty hours. Breakfast buffet was above average.

One of several hotels located in walking distance from the train stations. Plenty of restaurants and few convenient shops in walking distance as well. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Though we stayed in a small room, we were surprised how equipped the room was. It seems it is well addressed to visitors on business travel. (Small rooms are...

With a morning flight we decided to stay in Narita for our last night in Japan. The Richmond hotel was very convenient, a short walk from the JR station. Our rooms were functional, but comfortable and had everything we needed for one night. The shuttle bus to the airport made everything very easy in the morning.

I booked through Hotels.com and got a rate of £66 which suddenly became £78 once the payment went through...taxes! I rang the hotel as I was wary of reviewers who had warned of no shuttle in the afternoon and was advised to take the keisei train one stop to narita and then the East exit, turn left and cross the...

Richmond hotel was very clean and perfectly located for sightseeing in Narita. They had a nice Japanese buffet breakfast and airport shuttle. The greatest thing was all the fun bathroom extras they provided. Mini hairbrush, toothpaste and toothbrush, loofa towel, and many more little products!

I stayed here only 1 night only. The bed wasn't too comfortable, it was very hard. The room had all the nessesities but was small, it was hard to have my suitcase have laying open. There are no complimentary bottles of water but it says that tap water is ok to drink or you can walk across the street and...
