Picked this hotel because of the location - just outside the train station and very easy to reach while dragging bags. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - slightly larger than the typical city centre fare - plus the fact the hotel had an onsen was a welcome bonus too. Staff were friendly, rooms clean and there was a free shuttle to the airport too! Great value.
This hotel was good and was also at a very good location.. Staff were very friendly. Rooms was small but very clean. The trains station were also nearby. Highly recommend this hotel for stay in Narita
Shuttle service very efficient and right on time. Service desk quick and painless with quickest check out there is. Room very small, gets only a one 🧳 from me. AC could not be turned down at all, turned it off and room still too hot, open window too cold and train station very loud at 7th. Floor (level with train - very hilly of course). Onsen very small, about 20 cleaning stations but only room for about half that number in the one and only hot pool. Breakfast the worst we have ever had. Miso soup watery and packet special. Meatballs almost cold with sticky sweet sauce. Potato croquet cold, greasy. Everything was cold and unappertising. Only eggs available were raw. Toast non existent. Horrible and we wasted our money on that inclusion. Highlight was watching another western traveller load his plate up, then watch his expression as he tried to eat, priceless.…
This hotel has an enjoyable public bath onsen. Next to convenience store. Easy access from Narita airport on either JR or Keisei line. In the morning there is a shuttle bus from hotel to the airport but you must reserve.
Booked well in advance for non-smoking, confirmed at check-in, given smoking room. At 1130 pm could not take the smell anymore and surprise after being told earlier no rooms are available (At 9pm), but because I went through booking.com help they gave me a non-smoking room. When I complained earlier at 9 I was given a spray bottle to spray in my room.
