Good Afternoon, I have booked a night stay on November 4th after my friends highly recommended me to Morizuya.
6 of my friends have already booked a night stay at Morizuya on 9th Nov as my schedule cant fit theirs.
As this is my 1st time to Morizuya and Kinosakionsen,, below 2 queries to seek your advice please: Thank you in advance.
1. I plan to take the 8.36am train to arrive Kinosakionsen (from Kyoto) at 11am. I understand Morizuya check-in time is 3pm. Would Morizuya allow me to deposit my luggage please?
2. Will Morizuya issue the Free Public Onsen Pass and Yukata only after the check-in time of 3pm? Or may i request for the public onsen pass once I arrive at Morizuya at about 11.30am?
Thank you for your attention and reply
