The staffs very kind, the room really big, the place very tidy. I need to used laundry machine (free of charge), the owner also allowed me to use drying machine as it was not part of the service area with little cost. We went to suspended bridge, the owner took care of us by drove us there and even came...

Stay at Hinodeya was wonderful! The owner was so kind. He was always offering to drive us to our destinations, even all the way to Izu Shaboten Park. Breakfast was prepared timely and more than enough food for one person. The rooms are very spacious. Overall, very clean and the baths are open 24 hours which is nice after a...

If you're looking for a comfortable Ryokan, this is the one. The breakfast was excellent and the family is very nice. The onsen was relaxing. The owner offered to take us to the zoo and back to the station when it rained. I 100% recommend this place if you are in the Shizuoka area.

Host is warm and treats us with heart. We feel like return home as there is a warm shared living room with sofa, tv, piano and massage chair. There is also magazines and travel info for reading. Host is so nice and helpful esp when we asked about the sight seeing. He even drove us to 大室山 so we no...

The Ryokan is near the Main Street and has great access to the supermarket. Master was very nice and would pick up you or sent you to the place you plan to go. Dishes was delicious! 旅馆所处位置很好,离主要街道,超市,药妆店都很近。旅馆的员工们都很热情,会来车站接送,第二天早上还会送去你想去的附近的观光景点。可能因为晚的关系浴室人很少,也可以选择去附近的温泉。

My wife and I booked this ryokan based on positive TripAdvisor reviews, but also because it is comparably much more affordable than most hotels in the area. It is very much a guesthouse - not a fancy international hotel. This could be good or bad depending on your personal preference. The staff were lovely, and extremely helpful. They booked us...

Great place to stay, staff was very friendly and even offered to bring us somewhere by car! The room was big and quiet. There are great extras like a massage chair you can make use of. We would definitely recommend this place.

We loved the heartwarming cozy stay at Hinodeya! This is a family-managed Ryokan and we were told they started since their grandfather's time. Room is very neat and clean. The traditional bed kept us warm at night on a cold autumn weather. Dinner is wide spread Japanese style with Sukiyaki, tempura, sashimi just to name a few at a reasonable...

We stayed here for 2 nights during which the staff was very friendly and service-minded. They even took us in their car to a sightseeing spot and later upgraded us to a bigger room. Very appreciated! We used the onsen several times and it was nicely kept (and relaxing). The traditional breakfast was nice. It was an omelette which you...
