when I left my computer in my room. With one phone call they arranged to find and send it to me in another city within 24 hours. They get 5 stars for that. As far as the hotel goes: Easy, efficient, no nonsense. Rooms are just fine and with great views. The hotel very well located by the JR train...

This hotel is in easy walking distance from the main railway station . You can walk underground if the weather is snowing or too cold. While the restaurants, and there are many are quiet expensive the bar was worth a visit. We ordered a great cocktail from the provided iPad and sat back to enjoy a wonderful view.

Excellent. Hotel staff are professional, diligent and very helpful. Our room at 25th floor comes with a panoramic view over looking the Kanazawa Station and the beautiful city. Breakfast at the Garden cafe and the Japanese restaurant are perfect. A wide varieties of western and Japanese food are provided. Room is clean and comfortable.

The Nikko in Kanazawa is one of the best hotels in the city. Located five minutes walk from the station, it is incredibly convenient if you are travelling by train or wanting access to the buses at the terminal. Fantastic views and I love the opulence and room size. The staff are always helpful and speak good English. I would...

We stayed at Hotel Nikko and it was a great hotel. Their customer service is super-- I especially want to thank their excellent concierge, Hisae Kojima, who assisted us with dinner reservations and definitely went above and beyond. The hotel is very conveniently located to the train station where you can get the tourist buses that will take you to...

We stayed at this hotel for one day arriving by train from Hiroshima. We not only found its location to be excellent for getting around, but the staff was exceptional...even for Japan. The room was very adequate and, of course, like everywhere we had been in Japan spotless. We also enjoyed a very nice western style breakfast (Japanese, of course,...

The access to the hotel from the train station is easy through an underground gallery. Very convenient when the weather is not soo good. The lobby is quite nice. The Japanese breakfast is really nice. But that's all for the positive. The rooms are really tiny (the bed touches 2 walls which is not convenient) and have not been redecorated...

Rooms are nicely appointed. Hotel has no real amenities other than restaurants and meeting rooms ( no gym😬) Room next door had giggling ladies ( not screaming) but sounded almost like they were in our room..

The hotel is located about a 1 minute walk from Kanawaza train station, so if you are traveling by train, you can't beat the location. There are a number of places to eat onsite, with the bakery/cafe located just off the lobby particularly good for a tasty snack.
