This is my first time using it. The location is about 7-8 minutes walk from the station, so it doesn't feel that far. The building was built in September 2020, so it is still beautiful. There is a large public bath (although it is not very large) which is nice in winter. The room I stayed in had a slightly unusual floor plan, but it wasn't too difficult to use. The breakfast was delicious, using local ingredients (local production for local consumption), and had a unique menu. I think it's a little expensive compared to other hotels in the area, but I think it's a good hotel.

10月中旬に一泊しましたが、チェックアウトした日の20時頃にホテルの部屋にパジャマの忘れ物をしたことに気付きました。しかし、チェックアウトしてから私達が忘れ物に気付くまでにホテルから特に連絡は無く、こちらから連絡してもフロントの方からは「確認して折り返します。」とだけ。「もうこんな時間（20時過ぎ）だから清掃も終わってるはずなのに…なんですぐ分からないのかな…？」と思いました。
1時間半後にホテルから忘れ物があったと連絡が入りましたが、もう取りに戻れる距離のところにはいなかったので結局着払いで自宅に送ってもらうことになりました。
忘れたのがパジャマだったので私達も移動中に忘れたことに気付かず、ホテル側から清掃が入った時点で連絡してもらえてればまだ引き返して取りに行けて高い着払い代も払わずに済んだかもしれないのに…と残念に思います。何かあった時のために連絡先を教えているんですから。
スーパーホテルさんは他の地域でもよく使わせて貰っていて、今回も部屋も清潔感があって朝食もご当地のものもあり滞在中は満足でしたが、チェックアウト後の対応が残念でした。

新しくてきれいなホテルで従業員の方々の挨拶も気持ちよかったです。後発な分、駅からやや離れてはいるものの、道案内にない細い道を通ると思っていたより近かったです。少し頑張れば近江市場まで歩ける距離です。 観光客が回帰している時期だったため、仕方のない事とは言え、大浴場が混雑していたのは残念でした。ロッカーをひとつ置きにしか使えなくしていましたが、空き待ちのため入り口に人がいたりして、密回避の意味がなく、それくらいなら普通に使えるようにした方が良かったのではないかと思います。あるいは部屋のディスプレイで混雑度が分かるようにするとかの工夫があればと思います。朝食は有料なだけあって、スペースもゆったり目。金沢の郷土料理などもあり、楽しんでいただけました。
かなりコスパの良いパッケージツアーに含まれていて自分で費用を払っていないので料金が不明ですが、リーズナブルな料金ならリピートしたいと思いました。

ラウンジでのフリードリンクが最高でした。
地酒もおいてあり、お得感満載です。
部屋も奇麗で、掃除が行き届いていたので、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。金沢に行くときは、また宿泊したいです。

どこがどうなのか、宿泊料金が高いだけ。しいていうならウエルカムドリンクは２１時まで。地酒の天狗舞をはじめ、アルコール類もあったが。コロナ禍対応で、「消毒済み」「使用済み」の表裏のカードがあり、自分が使ったテーブルは「消毒済み」にするのだが、ほとんど「使用済み」だった。バスタオルは薄く安っぽいし、アメニティは無駄に多い感じ。エアコンは日立、トイレはINAXで座ると前の壁が目前。トイレも部屋も手狭に感じた。最悪は１０か所ほどの洗い場がある浴場。出入り口と洗面台床のみマットが敷かれ、他は板張り？だから床全体が、濡れている。靴下をはいて、入って行ったら靴下が濡れる。なんでこんな作りに？ロッカーキーも開閉しにくい。立地も金沢駅からは結構歩く。雨や雪の多い金沢では、キャリーカーをコロコロして駅からホテルまでは辛い。料金もホテル乱立激戦地域で高すぎ。もっと安くてもより駅地下でよいホテルあり。プレミアと名乗れど期待外れ。真っ暗にするとベッドの蛍ライトのオレンジがやたら明るい。

2020年9月にできたばかりなので、ホテルが全体的に清潔感があり、居心地が良い。チェックイン時にはウェルカムドリンクとしてワインや日本酒、梅酒、焼酎などが揃えられ自由に飲むことができる。
