Booked a double room at this hotel in Kanazawa for three nights in May.
The room is very spacious, has everything you need, even its own washing machine and heated mirror (this does not turn on after a shower). The disadvantage was that the window could not/was not allowed to open. As a result, we had to make do with the air conditioning for fresh air.
Breakfast was a disappointment. It states that both Japanese and Western breakfasts are available, but the Western breakfast is limited to small sandwiches with strawberry jam and a croissant. The Japanese breakfast is also not very extensive. Fruit is served, which is a plus!

Great stay at this hotel. Room was quite roomy with a small seating area and a washing machine/dryer and pants press in the room. I also had breakfast in the hotel which was good, although you had to be quick when they brought out the fruit. Staff were friendly and professional.

We stayed here in the hotel for two nights to get to know Kanazawa on our Japan trip.
The journey from the train station was easy to do on foot. It takes about 20 minutes to get there.
The rooms were spacious, very clean and the staff very friendly. Check-in was possible from 3 p.m. sharp, but the suitcases could be parked there.
There is a coffee station but somehow no water station. There is also no water in the room. But there is a konbini next door where you can stock up. There is also a station in the lobby where you can get toothbrushes/hairbrushes/tea/... if you have forgotten them.
From the hotel you can easily discover Osaka Castle. A visit there is definitely worth it.
We also tried the breakfast, which was very Japanese. If you are looking for a European breakfast you should go somewhere else.
All in all a nice hotel that I would recommend.

A nice hotel with big rooms. The bathroom wasn’t great but overall a nice room.
A major downside was the road it’s on and the noise. The rooms are not very soundproof and the traffic noise comes hard through the windows at 6am. If you’re a heavy sleeper not a problem but if you’re a light sleeper like me, it’s a problem.
Coffee isn’t available in your room, you have to go back down to reception to use the coffee machine there which is semi-common in Japan but I personally think it’s a bit of a cop out, just put coffee making facilities in the room.
The staff were great and luggage forwarding was easy. Check in was a bit busy at around 3:30 but the staff worked hard to get through everyone.
The location is ok. About 25 mins walk from the train station.
Overall a decent stay.

This hotel was the best we stayed in on our trip. The location is great for the castle grounds and the Kenroku-en, and only a 20 minute walk from the train station.
The rooms were generous compared to other hotels and the bathroom was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The washer/dryer would have been really handy if we had stayed longer.
The only thing I think could be improved was the breakfast. It was a bit pricey for what it was and the options were quite limited. The chocolate bread however was amazing and I could’ve eaten way more of it!

Friendly helpful staff at this well positioned hotel. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was included but not really worth the bother other than a morning cup of coffee. Rooms have their own washer dryer, microwave and kettle. Good reasonably priced hotel.

This hotel is very new, it opened just in February of 2020. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. Breakfast was very good, but only japanese style. I stayed in the superior twin room on the 9th floor and it was a nice and big room. The TV is very big, but and this is the only point is criticize, offers only japanese channels.
The location is also very good, all Kanazawa attractions in walking distance. You can also easily walk from the station, about 15 minutes.
Overall; a really nice hotel and I would chose them again for a stay.

We enjoyed saying at this hotel. The staff are helpful, and its in a good location. The room is quite small though, and there is very little storage, even though there is the space to put some in. Which is a shame, as it means you have to live out of your suitcase. If they took a little clutter from the room it might help. The bed is large, and comfortable, the air con good, and the bath deep, with plenty of hot water. And there is a safety deposit box. All in all a good stay.

Excellent hotel for a few nights. It is very central to the city, all Things to do are on foot. There are also many nice eateries nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast buffet is as far as western food is concerned meagre. But when you like to eat Japanese for breakfast, you have a wide choice.
Nice: a washing machine in the room. That's really nice when you're traveling like us for a few weeks. Big plus in our opinion.
And very clean and tidy, but you don't really have to say that in Japan.

Hotel practically attached to the train station. Small and simple rooms but clean and quiet. Washing machine is also available in the room. It has quality Onsen. Breakfast a little limited for Western tastes. Kind staff.
