It's popular with both young groups and business people. It's set on a quiet street off of the main street in Katamachi, which is nice if you're walking. There is a convenience store on the same street, but you can walk about 5 minutes and you'll reach plenty of restaurants and other food options.
Parking can be difficult. There is a paid street parking lot nearby, though it is expensive.
As for the room itself, it's spacious, clean, and contemporary. Wooden furnishings and neutral colors lend to a relaxing ambience both inside the room and in the lounge.
Breakfast was decent at about ¥1700 (I think) with both Japanese and Western options. Since I went during corona virus times, you had to wear gloves when handling the breakfast buffet utensils and wear a mask when not eating.
I didn't use the lounge area, but I think there is complementary tea and sweets during the day. Wi-Fi speed was good and the room even comes with pocket Wi-Fi in case you need it while exploring Kanazawa.

Its a new hotel. Room size is acceptable, no problem for our big and hand carry luggage. Staffs were great, although there are a few who can't speak good English but always willing to pleased the guest. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and drinking places nearby the hotel.

The photos of this new hotel speak for themselves. Modern, tastefully appointed and spotless. Centrally located, but on a quiet side street. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Free on-site parking. Free wi-fi. Excellent value for your money.

A new property, which has not been cleaned and maintained. Chigger’s and biting flies in my room. I woke up with insect bite’s all over my head. Filthy elevator(s) and common area’s. I asked the Manager, for three-straight days, to clean the elevator’s to-which He refused. Young male staff are snot-nosed kids. Don’t be fooled by the low price and beautifully staged picture’s.

This is a new hotel close to the shopping centre and many restaurants in the city. Good facilities with gym and onsen. Room was very comfortable with extra additions such as tea leaves and tea pot rather than teabags.

This hotel was spanking new when we checked in, barely one week old. The room was modern and well equipped, and obviously very new.
It has a spa facility (onsen), a gym!, and breakfast with good variety and fast service. Every room also comes with a portable wifi device you can use.
It’s a short 3min walk from the Asano river, good for a morning stroll. Downstairs of the hotel, you can easily find combinis and both restaurants that open in the day and those that open late into the night.

Less than 1-2 minutes walk you will find convi-stores. And 3-4 minutes walk, hundred of restaurants. Easy to get on city bus. Loop bus is 3-4 mins walk as well. Onsen is small but cozy and clean. Staffs are the best elements of this Agora Hotel.

The hotel is new and modern. Rooms are design forward and upper floors had sweeping views of the city. The hotel is located near the nightlife area of Kanazawa. It’s a 10 minute bus ride to the center of the city.
Pros -Great value for the price -Varied Japanese and Western breakfast buffet in first floor restaurant -Lobby has lots of hang out areas and tea/coffee as well as infused water all day -Rooms are beautifully done with separate toilet/shower and pajamas/outfits that you can wear around the hotel -Onsen is on the smaller side but new -Small but very functional gym -Close to gardens/samurai/temple district
Cons -Location can be a little far from center of city in inclement weather (it was cold and rainy our entire stay) -Staff wants to be helpful but might be challenging for non-Japanese speakers -I was asked at check in about tattoos and forbidden from using the Onsen, this was a little surprising given how modern the hotel was and felt very violating to be asked right as I was checking in and paying for two rooms for several nights. The hotel is mainly Japanese guests so I understood but felt it could have been done more tactfully. -Laundry facility is handy but took several hours to dry clothes in the washer/dryer combo machine
