For an overnight stay this hotel would be fine, but any longer you'll struggle. Rooms are very small with only 2 single beds for a couple. Bathroom is outdated and small. Beds are very firm and if your not use to sleeping on firm mattresses will wake up sore.

Kanazawa is really really crowded and it is ever so hard to find a reasonable accommodation. This hotel was located not too far away from everywhere and reasonably priced. Clean room, friendly service 金沢ではホテルを取るのが大変です。こちらは、駅からも観光地からもさほど遠くなく、お値段リーズナブルでした。サービスも悪くありません

Very poor restaurant service. We had to wait for 1-hour before our food started coming. When the food did come, it came in trickles and the waitresses didn't know who ordered what. They just piled the food on the center of the table, and let you sort out your order. Overall, our dinner took over 2 and a half hours...

Rooms are ok but Air Condition is centralized and set to "warm" only when I was there. And the window can be opened but only with a special tool from hotel. Front office staff are not really ok to communicate in English especially at evening.

This hotel is in a good location, but other than that, we did not enjoy our stay here. As you enter the room, you get a strong smell that smelled like a dead mouse. Luckily, once in the room the smell went away. We had dropped something accidentally behind a piece of furniture and when we pulled the furniture away...

The first room, that we got smelled so bad, like a cesspit,so I went down to the reception to do something about it. At the end we got an other room, where the carpet had several stains on it, but at least the room didn't smelled.

Not for solo. Dated and smoky. Also cramped and stuffy. Since pay a supplement. Not adequate. Breakfast cold and poor choice. Good position of hotel near all amenities Easy to get around. No view from room apart from other building Lighting very poor. As in all hotels not expected to want to read

Location is brilliant, in the centre of Kanazawas main attractions. It is difficult to complain about facilities, but it was not as good as the other hotels where we stayed in Japan. The room was good. Probably our main disappointment was service, the only place where no one helped us with luggage, and reception were little help as to where...

Large comfortable room with a reasonable view. Friendly helpful staff who were able to point us in the right direction for dinner. Close to all the sights. Free WiFi and a wide range for breakfast. The twin room was slightly larger than our neighbours' double but both had all the amenities expected in Japanese hotels.

We stayed as part of a group and enjoyed the location near restaurants. The rooms were very nice and big as we had a double. Breakfast was good and varied but we were not able to get in the 12th floor breakfast on the day offered as it was too crowded. Only complaint was they would not let me take...

“General Room Tip: Your key card activates the electricity. When you leave your room and take your key, the electric service is cut and your devices will not charge. I found out the hard way. I solved the problem by sticking a business card in the slot.”
