Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

About 10 mins walk from the station, we have stayed at this hotel several times, travelling in a small group on budget tours, by far the best value out of all the places we have stayed on Honshu,Hokkaido and Shikoku. The rooms are very spacious, very clean, great bathrooms compared to other Japanese Business Hotels we have stayed. Its a great place to relax and spread out a bit if you have been staying at the usual very compact Business hotels in Japan. They have quite a large segregated onsen on the top floor too.

I guess the topic says it all. It is affordable and central in Kanazawa. Staff knows no English. Didn't try the breakfast but I heard from fellow travellers it is good. There's a public bath in the bottom floor, also which I didn't try. Oh and a wonderful massage chair in our single rooms (at least in the 9th floor). The chair isn't meant for Western bodies (lumbar massage just hits you quite hard in your tail bone - not exactly too pleasant, but good fun anyway - leg massage was really good though).

I stayed a couple of nights at this very nice hotel, with good rooms - I enjoyed the massage seat - and great breakfast (local tastes!). Just one thing: not every speaks English at the desk, but for the rest, just great!

It is a great hotel, very comfortable rooms well appointed. Excellent staff. It is a top hotel. There are shopping centres close and lots of activity. The bus station is with in 100 metres. It is a very impressive design.
The only caution is the piano bar on a higher level charge you extra if you sit down other than the bar stools with your drink. It was rather embarrassing to be charged.

The building is old, but it's relatively close to the station.

It's clean and the staff are friendly.

The bath is spacious and has a variety of options, including a jacuzzi and sauna, but it can get cold in the winter.

The room comes with a massage chair, so you can try out different massages and relax.

The breakfast has a limited selection, but it includes local cuisine and was delicious.
