booking through Hotels.com and they only provide 1 room type, we were given a room in the 4/F of south tower in the end of the hallway, the room seems still in its 50's, the bed is sooo hard as welll as the pillow, the curtain doesn't cover the window totally and you will wake up at 5am!! This very large International tourist hotel is located about 8 minute walk from the JR station. There are many local restaurants and souvenir shops in the area. We stayed in a superior room for 4 nights. The room was very large with two double beds joined together, a comfortable double sofa, two chairs and a table. Free good wifi was...

We were given a room in the south tower after the person at the front desk made a phone call and whispered in the phone to who knows who? People around us that were checking in never had the same treatment. The room was old, beds were very hard, comforter was smelly and A/C no longer worked. The room was...

This is a massive hotel. The furniture in the rooms is dated but they are clean and functional. The hot baths are extensive. The buffet breakfast has a good range of foods. It feels a bit dated but is still a good place to stay.

A perfectly adequate 3-star hotel somewhat spoiled by breakfast. The room was of a good size but dated. The staff are excellent, language is no problem. Aircon in the room was intermittently noisy but was fixed with no problems. The Breakfast is a curious affair. There is only one, two slice family toaster that takes about seven minutes to toast. Very...

great location. comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room was unacceptably hot. This was because the hotel turns off the AC in the fall. They do leave it on for the restaurants common areas and of course the shops. With the room window open the room thermostat still read 81 . ( management had suggested opening the window to cool the room...

We stayed 4 nights in the south tower on the 7th floor in a non-smoking room and booked a 'deluxe twin Western room'. There are a lot of room categories and wings to choose from with this hotel so this may affect your opinion of your room depending on what you choose and what you pay. Our room was spacious...

The hotel was clean and pleasant staff. Close to convenience store, supermarket and train station. Breakfast very varied with western and Japanese selections - very plentiful. I even tried varieties of fish for breakfast - very good! Would recommend.

Good hotel but some parts are outdated. The staff is very friendly and courteous, but also quite seventies. Rooms are spacious, they look clean but have a less fresh smell because of the carpet. the beds are like concrete. Breakfast is mainly japanese.

The hotel has a great location by the train station and is a 10 minute walk to the historic center. They have bicycles for rent and a really good souvenir shop. Their Western breakfast was amazing; there were so many choices and all was delicious. The only problem I had -- that was fixed however -- was when I arrived...
