The hotel is nice with a very crowded loby with open store . Prefer quite and relax loby.The rooms are nice not modern and the privat onsen were not so clean .The poblic onsen were ok.The spa a little exspencive compare to other in Japan....More
Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Full tatami flooring and thus you are not allowed to wear your shoes to your room. Good breakfast buffet spread and you should make sure to include it when you book your hotel.

Joy this place is not really a ryokan. It is a Japanese hotel in the city. There are lots of places to have dinner within a 5-10 minute walk. We had our breakfasts included in our room and it was great
