My partner and I have stayed here on our way to Toyota City and en route to Ise. It is an aging hotel but a nice hotel in Nagoya. We were upgraded to a splendid room directly facing the Castle. I'm told Tom Cruise stayed here at the time The Last Samurai was filmed. Correct or not, the service here... More

Good room size and we had a room facing Nagoya castle. Very nice view during the night time. Friendly service staffs as well. The only downside is the slightly small toilet and weak WiFi in the room. Overall still recommended.

All the staff were polite and help full. Our room face Nagoya Caste that lit at night. I LOVE it! it is a descent size room considering this is Japan ( all are small). Always clean. They have shuttle to and from the airport. definitely a happy costumer

We were lucky enough to have a room facing the Nagoya castle and to watch the light fade and then the castle be lit up by spotlights is just amazing. The rooms were large, very comfortable beds. A small bathroom but every conceivable toiletry you could need was supplied. Free wifi in the room. We ate in the Crown Restaurant... More

This is a nice hotel with a great staff. But for me, the pros cannot outweighs the cons and I would not stay here again. If the following things are not important to you, then this would be a great place to day. Pros: Nice hotel in a good location. I had a decent size room with a view of... More

Stayed once for 2 nights. The staff especially at the concierge was very helpful and more than willing to make my stay enjoyable, the view of the Nagoya castle from my room was great. The hotel is quite close to the Nagoya station, about 5 minutes by taxi. The food was decent. The only minus point of the hotel is... More

We are traveling through Japan on vacation and made a stop at this great hotel. Transportation: Has a nice shuttle that runs to Nagoya Train Station every hour which is a welcomed benefit as the hotel is not particularly convenient to trains or subway. Location: As mentioned above it is not in the city center. However, from a tourist perspective... More

I'm not sure why some people complain about this property, it's just great! Free hourly shuttle from Nagoya station deals with the headache of bags on the subway. That said the Segencho station is only ten minutes away and it's an easy and flat walk. McDonald's is open 24 hours and their breakfast is cheap and because Japan does everything... More
