If you don't have to, don't stay there: small, extremely small and uncomfortable rooms, small bathroom, everything small even by Japanese standards. More drawbacks: no bar, small restaurant, poor selection of meals. The price is relatively high. I recommend that you find another place to stay in Nagoya.

We stayed in Nagoya for one night only, check in at the hotel already very late. Staff was nice and attitude and pretty good English. Room was very small, old fashion renovation, difficult to open luggage at room, luckily it's clean . Walking distance around 10min, udon or bbq food shop were there, night club or bar were just there...

The place was fine but there is really nothing special about this hotel, room was small, bed a little old, bathroom was old but considered clean. Reception was crowded and there was nothing much on the surrounding streets.

Just a one night stay in transit with a day seeing the sights around Nagoya. Arrived early in the day prior to check in but hotel was happy to hold our luggage and allow pre check in. We arrived back at hotel late in the evening and our luggage was in our room waiting for us. Small room, clean and...

Stayed at the Hotel Trusty Nagoya for one night in late August. We had a double-bed room and we considered it a bit spacious, as compared to the same grade hotels in Japan. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The only unfavourable comment was that the window of our room was facing the wall of the building...

A basic, compact to small, clean, well located hotel. I would have given it an average rating (3/5) had they not insisted on charging the full nightly rate for the privilege of checking in four hours early. A truly despicable practice in my opinion. If you have a room available to a guest who has come to stay with you...

The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Even though our room is a big small, it is extremely quiet and comfortable. It is located 5 minutes walk away from Fushimi station. Lobby is 24 hours. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This type couldn't work. - I couldn't fix it at proper position to change flow fr faucet to shower. Breakfast - No morning buffet. Set plate was too small and pricey. -...

Cheap and cheerful hotel! Apart from the lack of facilities they offer, it is a very good hotel, good staff, nice rooms, good size by Japanese standards, very clean and tidy! It's also a 15 minute walk into the central districts, which is quite long, but the good Nagoya weather makes you want to walk, especially with the expensive subway!

The hotel room is a located a few minutes from Fushimi station which is just one station from Nagoya Sta. The room is quite small but everything other than that is good. The breakfast is nice although the restaurant is quite small. Pay a little extra for the corner room as normal standard room is a little bit too small...
