A unique location with stunning views over the Zambezi. The food is fantastic and the staff are friendly & experienced & make you feel extremely special, as they seem to really care about their guests. Watching the spectacular sun sets on a boat in the middle of the river, or listening to the sounds of the water & the hippos...

This was the perfect trip! I arrived feeling stressed and over tired! The staff at the Islands look after every need! Humphrey is knowledge and caring, Adorable is the perfect bar man and Brighton humoured me when all I caught was grass. The perfect weekend of rest and relaxation. The room was comfortable and well appointed with a view of...

Set on a series of small idyllic islands in that prince of African rivers The Zambezi, are seven luxurious lodges each perfectly designed to fill your heart and mind with the peace and tranquillity of this hidden paradise. But the wows don't stop there. Your unique experience includes romantic river cruises, nature walks and my personal favourite.. sundowners on an...

Bit of a cliche perhaps but this place has something unique about it. Its not so much a hotel stay as an experience. Getting to it via the boat ride on the Zambezi (boatmen are brilliant at their job), up the steps from the little dock to the hotel central area and from the central area to your suite/cabin via...

I am not sure if it was the serenity of the river's gentle flow, even at its lowest, or the soundtrack of the chirping birds but there is something about that place that would easily ignite a love affair with nature. The contrast of the conformable sheets and opening our eyes to green leafy surroundings proved too seductive for us....

We picked Siankaba to end a 1st visit to Zambia and it was perfect. Right in the Zambezi, close to the Falls, it was a secluded luxury hideaway. Full marks to Eunice and her team. Great food and wines. Unreserved endorsement from us.

If you are seeking a quiet experience for your trip to Victoria Falls, this is the place for you. Located about 45 minutes of Livingstone, this unique accommodation is located on two islands in the Zambezi River. After traveling west of Livingstone on a nicely paved road, you travel south down to the Zambezi River on a dirt road through...
