Terrible experience in this hotel. After 3 weeks in Vietnam we had only good experiences. We planned to stay 4 nights in this place but we left after two nights because of the staff. The location and the place were good but the staff is terrible. Rude people at the front desk and the owner was worst than rude. Nobody... More

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The staff was unpleasant since the day we arrived to the end. They wanted to keep our passports, asked to pay immediately, didn't clean the room and asked us to leave the room at 12 on the dot when our bus was at 1 and the hotel was empty.

The hotel is actually very beautiful with little bungalows in the garden that have spacious rooms, a lovely beach access and overall friendly staff.. BUT: The first room was not cleaned properly (toilet was dirty!) and we changed to a garden bungalow - good idea as it's way prettier in the garden. That room at least seemed to be clean.... More

We were able to negotiate a great rate at his quite hotel- when we arrived the place was quite empty excepting two rooms. The setting is very relaxing, beautiful gardens and the rooms near the water are away from all the road noise that is constant in Mui Ne. We enjoyed the pool, which faces the water. To walk the... originally we had three nights booked here, but it became apparent that there is not much to do in Mui Ne and by 'beach front' they mean a couple of chairs situated where the waves end (no beach at all). However the staff were helpful in amending our booking and friendly throughout the stay. The pool (although freezing) was a... More

Great property located 20 meters from the sea, with a pool and a landscaped garden. The rooms are very large, clean and bright. Breakfast, english type, with eggs and fresh fruit, is good. The staff is very helpful. The manager it's a french lady, very nice, communicative and attentive to every possible need of customers. I will go back with... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during our trip to Vietnam in Dec.2014 and we didn't regret a single second that we chose Vuon Tra (the vietnamese name of Le Jardin des Thes)! The hotel is very cosy, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is adorable. Merci beaucoup Valérie!

“Try to avoid staying roadside, gets rather loud from the transportation passing too quick on the main road. Waking up to the familiar beeping horns of coaches flying past to avoid traffic takes its toll after a while.”
