I would highly reccomend you stay at this hotel if you are making a trip to Hoi An. From the airport transfer service to the welcome drinks to the hotel itself, it is by far one of the best overall hotel experiences. We scheduled an airport transfer service which ended up being cheaper than arranging a Grab vehicle, with a more seamless experience. Upon arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by Thuan who provided us with welcoming beverages. She thoroughly explained the hotel amenities, places to visit around the hotel, and booked our return airport transfer. The hotel itself is updated (including the bathroom), very clean, and has a great hotel layout. The rooms are a good size for a couple. You are provided with two complimentary water bottles per day, there is a safe, robe, and slippers in the hotel room. I personally found the bedroom pillows to be too big (height wise), but that is just my personal preference. The bed was a firm mattress.During our stay, they had a spa promotion of buy one get one free. The price for the hotel was very reasonable and it included a breakfast (this may differ depending on how you book your hotel room). The breakfast buffet has both Vietnamese and western style breakfast options. The hotel is is very close proximity to many tourist attractions including the day and the night markets, many tailors, and the coconut basket boats. There is also an atm near by. Again, I would highly reccomend this hotel if you plan on staying in Hoi An!

We stayed here for 4 nights in our recent trip to Da Nang. The hotel is conveniently located and its very convenient to move around from here to key attractions of the city and there are also many restaurants, cafes, minimarts and a shopping mall nearby (Vincom Plaza).
The hotel is nice and cosy, giving guests a homely feeling and staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 12.50pm and was served welcome drinks and crackers and they let us checked in early! (usually its 2pm)
Our room was on the 2nd floor and it was spacious, bright, clean and nice. Beds were comfortable and we rested very well throughout our stay here. The toilet was big too with a deep bathtub!
TV was smart TV with lots of local channels. Unfortunately, the channel list did not have overseas channels like CNN, CCTV, Phoneix or NHK, KBS etc or it would be perfect. Also good if they can provide a channel guide or guests will have to scroll one channel by one channel, which was time consuming.
Room service was well done, used items were replenished like toiletries and cleaned well. Credit must be given to the room service team.
The restaurant was located on the 11th floor (but life only stopped on the 10th floor and guests will need to walk up a flight of stairs). It was not big and the spread was not wide too but they have what most guests needed, like local and western food, bread, pastries, salad, fruits and beverages (with a live cooking station). The restaurant was full house between 6.45am-8.15am (it's opened at 6.30am) as most quests dined during this time before they start their day tours at 8.30am. But the foods were mostly nice and yummy. So do come by early or after 8.30am, it's possible you will need to wait for a table and you can choose to sit indoors or outside that offered a good bird eye's view on the surrounding area. Staff were polite and efficient in clearing used plates and utensils and replenishing of food was done promptly.
They also have a nice pool, self-service washing and vending machine.
We enjoyed our stay here and will surely stay here again when we revisit Danang!

I also requested information about a tour, but she booked it without confirming. When I tried to reschedule due to laundry needs, she insisted I attend, said I’d be charged half, and then hung up abruptly.
The tours weren’t always straightforward. The pamphlet advertised certain inclusions that weren’t offered at the attractions, and some things that were supposed to be free ended up costing extra. The set menu food was disappointing and not worth adding to your purchase. I booked three tours. Overall they were great but I think you’ll do better booking on Klook where price is concerned.

We originally booked this hotel for 3 days after our 2nd day we booked a further 4 days we where so happy with the hotel and staff they where very attentive and friendly, we will defernatly visit again next year on our travels around Vietnam, if you are going to hoi an it's a brilliant hotel to stay in rooms are very clean and comfortable air con and all the little extras you need 5 star all the way. Close to all local attractions and just our of main area to be quiet oly a 10 min walk into town short taxi ride to the beach . Loved it.

Great stay. The Lobby and room smells amazing, welcome drink and fruits.
This hotel is upscale and extremely affordable and a cut above another one we stayed at only 5 minutes away for a similar price.
The room is great, had a very nice silent night, and Andy is a very helpful, friendly guy.
To be extremely picky - the fridge in the hotel room is very small and there was only one stain on the bed.
Also this is slightly further from the beach than many other hotels, so bare this in mind if you want to be on the beachfront / closer walking distance!

Great location , in house motor bike rental made it convenient for those who wants to be mobiled, staff are friendly and helpful ...can't complain for the price I paid . Room was clean and spacious for solo traveler ... I highly recommended .. would deffinetely come back again

Pretty clean but I did have to ask them to clean the black mould off the soap shelf in shower. Do NOT drink the water they provide…I shook mine and in the light you could see all sorts of things floating in it. Breakfast was okay…most things cold and horrible coffee but the egg guy made a great omelette. Do not buy the water from their vending machine…it’s WAY cheaper in the convenience store just outside. Don’t know HOW this hotel is rated 5 stars. But it was good value for what I paid.

Good hotel, close to the beach and close to the city. Nice and helpful staff :) just ask and they will help you! The pool is small but useful. You are able to wash clothes for a small amount of money. The breakfast is Continental and Asien so you cab try what you want.

The service provided at Hadana Boutique Hotel has been a revelation. Special mention to everyone at the reception lobby and the restaurant(especially Isa/Tisa & Andy). The rooms are quiet large and service has been the benchmark, this hotel truly shows how service can make up for the lack of facilities. The room wifi was weak during our stay and the location of the hotel is towards the quieter side of town. That being said we had quiet the blast staying at Hadana. Even when I was finishing up some work while sitting at the lobby, they served me with green tea like thrice and asked if I was fine....Cheers to the great team at Hadana.
