Stayed 3 nights in a garden villa. Beautiful setting with 2 pools the kids enjoyed. Located right on the beach with easy access. The beach is clean however can be a bit rough with the beach closed for swimming most of the time. The main restaurants are a little limited with their food choice with the dining menu and food service was slow on a couple of occasions. We found that the pool bar serves great pizzas and was really quick. The kids enjoyed the free activities on the lawns however these finished at about 10am each day. Beware the villas with internal adjoining rooms as the walls/internal adjoining door seem rather thin and you can hear every conversation/ noise made by the next room.

A lovely hotel situated on the beach. We stayed in a sea view room which was nice and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Whilst we were there we ate at the hotel breakfast and evening meal. Breakfast was buffet style offering a good selection of food. Evening meal was taken in the ' The World ' restaurant a good selection of meals at reasonable prices. The hotel as the title says was 'Lovely' my only criticism would be there is nothing around or near the hotel to walk to you need transport. There is a shuttle service from the hotel at a nominal price to Danang and Hoi An which has to be pre booked. Taxis are also cheap which the hotel will get for you.. The beach is very quiet and has sunloungers but swimming in the sea is a big 'No' as it is too rough.

Wa view of the beautiful gardens and a bit of beach and the sound of the sea (apart from we were on ground floor so couldn’t sleep with the door open). Breakfast was ok, lots of choice but very busy it’s help yourself to everything including your coffee and tea, would much rather be served this when I’m in a hotel and paying a lot of money! We were given a free Vietnamese dinner, which was excellent. But The World restaurant has about 3 other guests in the evening so the atmosphere is not there and the bar has no one sitting in it. Room service was excellent but the choice isn’t huge. We had the pizza and burger and both were great. We used the ‘courtesy’ shuttle to Hoi An and Da Nang (see pic of timetable). You have to pay for both but it is much cheaper than a cab! I had a couple of treatments in the spa but the ladies barely speak English so explaining what you want isn’t easy. The reception staff really made our holiday special. Especially Thoa, she is a credit to your staff and nothing was too much trouble. The WiFi is excellent, it didn’t drop out once!! The beach was closed to swimming the whole time we were there and judging by the rip you can see quite clearly I doubt it is ever save to swim there! There are 2 pools and although they’re quite dated they were clean.

It started with the welcome drink (non alcoholic) ridiculous , I got a coffee my wife a coke. It progressed to the restaurant, coq au Vin ( bowl full of bones). A ridiculous starter plate of oil and balsamic with two inch by inch stale bits of bread. Then the beach you can’t swim at ( only mid calf walking) . The red flags were out the entire time , even we thought we’d swim at much worse conditions at home. The pool while clean is at best 1.4mt deep. The staff are for the most part very pleasant, attentive and try their best. In my opinion the management is completely sub standard. At one stage friends waited 40 minutes to be served at the bar , the manager came and abused the staff in front of guests. Management don’t train the staff, they panic when things get busy and we were there in a low time. Many of the bar staff have no idea a what cocktails are what. Instead of the mangers training to staff to call on extra help when the bar is busy and providing a good service the bar staff panic , tables left uncleared for hours. Orders taken not delivered . Etc etc. They also charge for the shuttles. The trips to Danang and hoi an are 20 minutes each way. Overall it’s ok and I feel like I’m complaining a lot. Our stay was ok . The place is tired, the staff are really nice. They just need training and competent management and some sort of training regime for the staff who are trying hard. You feel like the resort is out on its own and you need to travel outside every day usually in a taxi.

You could choose any drink you like when approaching the bar. We will serve what is requested e.g. fresh coconut drink, soft drink, tea or coffee. We don not serve alcoholic drink for welcome drink. The alcoholic drink is always available at the bar to purchase. The coq au vin is served with bone. However, We could also serve it boneless, depending of your preference. If we had known your preference, we could have prepared it. In regards of the beach safety, it is our duty to protect everyone by informing the sea condition. It is a public beach. Anyone could swim at their own will and risk. Despite of the above comments, we hope you enjoyed the stay with us. If you’re after a quiet beach holiday removed from life, this place is for you. Even in peak season it was quiet during the week. If you want to experience Vietnam there are shuttle buses to get into Danang and Hoi An but you have to pay for them! Not normal for a hotel away from town. 2 Pools were welcome but tired and outdated. Pool bar has pool table and darts was the highlight of our hotel stay. Film night was advertised, but no audio made it a waste of time. Great pizzas!! Set on wide open tree lined spaces. Beach villas looked old. The beach was closed for swimmers due waves. Rooms were big but bland. Void of decorations that make it homely, comfortable. We paid for beach facing Balcony which between the trees was a highlight. Breakfast was great, large buffet with Asian and Western options. Open air reception and dining area with no glass. Can choose to sit near the garden or buffet. One free night made it great value. Service was fine, hotel was fine. Hoping for a great hotel next visit to Vietnam. 😉

Peaceful spacious hotel with lovely gardens and 2 pools to accompany the great beach. Not lively at night but easy to get the hotel shuttle or ‘Grab’ cab to nearby Danang or Hoi An. Main restaurant food is very good. Pizzas and burgers available by beach side pool but this restaurant is a little more limited in selection. The beach is clean here and the water clear. However some days you can’t swim in the sea due to strong currents.

Spent 2 nites at Ocean front bungalow ( free upgrade from Garden view) . Enjoyable retreat with a beautiful garden , huge premises including casuarina like shadowy forest at the entrance. Absolutely great location with Marble Mountains within 7 mins walk at resort's back and stunning coastline stretching for good 15 km both sides right at the threshold of its bungalows. The images of the rising sun , locals walking, doing meditations and bathing at the distance from 4:30 am on, fishing boats floating in the early morning glade to contemplate from Centara s premises are hypnotizing and full of local colour. The garden is home to singing birds , prospering there in abundance. Even saw a guest bringing his own bird in cage to stay with him at the bungalow and the birdie definitely enjoyed)) Very well trained staff , always ready to walk extra miles. Sending my huge thank you to Ms Thuong from front desk for the warm and cheerful welcome and assistance during our stay! Hope to get back there soon!

It was a short visit to Danang. The hotel is located in a quiet area, ideal for those who love to be away from bustling street. Nice beach, good food options. It was not a surprise that the spa was excellent; typical thai spa brand. Worth visiting. Staff were friendly and promt. Love it. Will be back for sure.

This was our first time in Vietnam and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff were amazing, in particular Hung who was always friendly, happy and very polite. The breakfast was really extensive with options to taste everyone.
The rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels replenished daily with complementary toiletries. Upon our arrival we were given a free drink which was very welcoming. Our garden view room was upgraded for free to a sea view which had a huge king size bed, the room was so spacious and very modern and clean.
The hotel is ideally located to all amenities including marble mountain and the hotel offers a daily shuttle bus for a very small fee.
If you download the app GRAB this will give you access to book taxis which was so good to have.
I would definitely come back to the hotel, I loved every minute of my holiday.

For the most part we have been relatively happy with our stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating (though the restaurant waiters don't speak much English).
The rooms are clean and the food is good.
However we have been woken up by rude cleaning staff at around 7am two days in a row now... The first time we had some laundry returned to us at 7:30am, we were woken up by repeated ringing of our doorbell. I brought this issue to the reception staff later on that day, however now the following day we were woken up again at 7am by noisy cleaning staff working in the room next door. I had to go and tell them to be quiet. I don't know about the other guests here, but when we are on holiday we want to test catch up on some sleep and not be woken up early every day.
Another negative is that you can't swim in the ocean, which isn't really the hotel's fault because it's a strong current area. But it means that we weren't really using the beach much.
Overall it's a nice resort, but we probably won't come back.

Hi. In answer to your question there are great beaches just across the road from the resort and heaps of reasonably priced restaurants. There are a few shops, including tailors and small food markets. I hope this answer helps.
Times to DaNang are 9.30am, 11.00am and 4.30pm. Taxis back are about £5.50 metered. Hoi An was 1pm, 4pm and 6pm ish, trying to remember wish I had brought the flyer they give you when you arrive home! I'm pretty sure someone has taken a photo and posted it in traveller photos. In terms of meals I would say it's about £10 to £12 ish. There are a couple of restaurants which were lovely down the road to Marble Mountain which is about an 8 minute walk and a little Vietmart for groceries. It's not that remote if you use your legs a little bit. Or grab taxis I heard were super cheap, you would need to download the app I.e. use your data roaming, we didn't pre-arrange with Vodafone to add on extra data so we hired a moped for 5 days. 😁
Suite will be nicer as this is in the new building with Ocean View.
While Villa will be more private and it is located on the ground floor.
Have a good stay at the hotel.
