We booked two rooms, and were allocated 301 and 401. Both rooms were in dire need of refinishing (as is the rest of the hotel), a lot of damp patches on the walls, stains, horrible smells, dirty bed linen and in room 401 I had the treat of mushrooms growing out if the scirting boards! So the two of us...

The hotel must use to be very luxury in the past but it is quite old now. Room is big but air con does not work and the technical staff can not help. Breafast is very poor. Maybe the only good thing is location, near the river and surrounding streets are quite fun.

I booked this hotel through Internet. It's too bad. The room is old, smelty and very dirty. They have poor service and the breakfast was unacceptable with a 3 stars hotel. I saw a mouse running while I having my breakfast. I stayed here for 3 nights but I couldn't had any good sleep at night. Sometimes it was very...

A very old and dirty hotel with terrible smelling. The position is good to take around the city but the hotel is too bad. It has terrible smelling when I get into the room. I have booked a twin room. The window glass is dirty, stained. Paper textures of wall were split from the wall that looks very old.

Not currently worth any stars. The '3 star' room we were given had rising/ penetrating damp 1 metre up the walls, window would not close and had obviously not been cleaned for years, curtains could not be closed as hooks broken, air conditioning therefore had no effect. Carpets were dirty and turned up at edges and seams, bed was sagging...

I don't know if I am unlucky or if all the rooms are like the ones I got the last times. The rooms are falling apart. Live wires in hazardous ways. Cockroaches eating on the soap. It's cheap for the location but there is a limit to that also. Location id fantastic and the staff is very helpful.
