Although Da Nang is quite near Manila, going there was on the bottom of my bucket list because there were no direct flights. However, I really wanted to see Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge so I booked flights for myself and my mother. Being a Le Accor member, I just booked a standard room at Pullman because I would still have access to the My Khe beach, which was at the back of the resort, anyway. Lo and behold, as soon as we checked in, we were given a free upgrade to a spacious villa because of our Le Accor membership! And the rest, as they say, is history. Although Pullman is a 5-star hotel, its rates are more reasonable compared to its next door neighbours. Pullman is a secure hotel, which values the privacy of its guests. They offer airport transfers, although taxis are aplenty anytime of the day. The service of the hotel staff is impeccable, they are very attentive and accommodating to us. If you’re fond of taking photos, the resort grounds will definitely provide a nice background. If I have a chance to visit Da Nang again, I will not hesitate to book at Pullman. My mother and I certainly got our money’s worth during our 4-day stay.

One of the best reception/welcoming. We arrived to Pullman Hotel at around 11:30 am without prior notice of the arrival time. Ms Phuong with her professional and efficient attitude received us and showed us our suite, specifically designed to welcome us as diamond member of Accor. The personal attention and the handmade customer cards and details in the room made me cry. I really thank every single person in this hotel for their warm hospitality and their attention to small details that make our stay unforgettable and memorable. The great wine, the diamond shaped mango mousse cake and all the extra fruits and things offered made us feel like a very special guest but also a big part of the hotel family group. Thanks ms Phuong with your team. Hope we can always enjoy and cherish every single stay in your hotel.

My family stayed at cottage near swimming pool. The room has outside space for enjoying snacks and watching TV with sofas and table. Most of all, it has large bathroom with big bathtub. We loved bath after swimming in the pool or at beach. Staff was very kind and responded to our request quickly. Food at the restaurant was good. But, we did not like some smell in the room due to wooden furniture or the humid weather. And It would be better if the room has mosquito screen at window to prevent the mosquito or other bugs to come into the room, especially night time with the lighting. I and my family enjoyed Pullman Danang resort.

We dont stay in the resort but we have been offen for the buffet in Restaurant Epice. We took a la carte today because it was over for breakfast buffet soon. Seems like the experience wasn’t good this time when we had to wait long time for service delivery. I understand with the corona virus situation at the moment, the resort has less staffs, along with low occupancy, but look like when they have less guests, they have less focus on. It took 20 minutes and nothing going on so we asked to be served for drink first. The staff should pay more attention instead of focus on cleaning around, we tried to give a sign that we need their help. Food was delicious as always. But unfortunately I found a hair in my drink. We paid and left without informing them about that. One more thing I want to mention, Please take care to cough in the restaurant. We saw the waitress coughing so hard in the coffee station without any protection, even no mask while the other staffs wearing mask. So please, no one wants to get sick by that. Its hygiene issue anytime, not even with corona virus situation at the moment. Thanks. And We are looking forward to coming back with a better experience.

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly, the breakfast buffet had a large choice of Vietnamese and international dishes, all very tasty, and the pool and private beach were both very clean and beautiful . Our room was located on the fifth floor and was very confortable and quiet.
A special thank you for the welcome treat for our anniversary, this was very thoughtful and much appreciated! We definitely recommend this resort!

We visited Pullman during Christmas 2019, although we booked the sea view room, it is not like the real sea view but just a little bit of the sea... The paper tissue only has one in the room which is very inconvenient. The hotel staff is not that cordial. In sum there are many choices to stay in Da Nang, but Pullman is not one of them.

This resort is located on a very good spot close to city, with direct access to beach. Property is well maintained and rooms were in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Pool area was great. Beach was mostly clean but the sea a bit rough. F&B was good but limited menu for lunch or dinner (possibly because only 1 restaurant was operating after reopening due to COVID-19 restrictions in VN.) All in all, a great value stay!!!

The highlights have been fairly well covered. This resort certainly lives up to all the excellent reviews. Its beachfront is simply stunning with beautiful furnishings etc. We walked a fair way in each direction on the beach and I did not see a better hotel beach front. I loved our room and the balconies are private. Breakfast is one of the best i have had in recent travels and it is beautiful to sit outside in the morning to enjoy this.. or at least it was in late January. The staff are exceptional throughout the resort...especially in the pool area, as soon as we sat down we were brought a jug of ice water. The cocktails and pool side menu were really good. We enjoyed the Azure restaurant and lovely staff there. Try the nitrogen ice cream experience. It was wow! We enjoyed walking out onto the street and finding local restaurants to eat in also. We will definitely be back.

There are very few hotels that can combine location, facilities & a wonderful attentive team, who go to every conceivable length to make guests stay enjoyable. The Pullman Beach Resort in Da Nang is such a property.
From the moment I arrived to the day I left I was treated like royalty by the staff, headed then by Director of Sales & Marketing Tony, who went to extraordinary lengths to create a magnificent first visit to Da Nang, right down to finding out my beer preference from previous ACCOR stays and having a few cold ones waiting for me in my suite, along with a lovely fruit curtesy when I arrived.
The Front Office Team, Restaurant Teams, Housekeeping & grounds staff were all charming and friendly and helped make my stay a truly memorable one. I will definitely be returning to Da Nang and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. I suggest you also chose this property should you ever find yourself in the beautiful Da Nang area.

Pullman Danang Beach Resort is an absolute paradise. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with stunning views of the ocean, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The resort is a picture-perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional Vietnamese charm.
As an avid traveler, I have to say that the staff at Pullman Danang Beach Resort was incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was a simple question about local attractions or a request for extra towels, the staff was always happy to assist with a smile. There were too many amazing staff to mention by name but Thao at guest services especially stood out as caring and extremely hospitable. She helped us book a few day time activities and excursions with local tour guides that I can not recommend enough. We were able to see many local attractions with Mr. Hoa as our driver for the day, including My Son Sanctuary, Hue Imperial City, and Hoi An ancient town. An drove us to the airport on the last day; he was a great conversationalist and a great driver.
The rooms at the resort are spacious, comfortable and elegantly designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The beds are soft, the linens are luxurious, and the room was always kept spotless.
The resort features several restaurants and bars, each offering a unique dining experience. From fresh seafood at the beachfront restaurant to signature cocktails at the lobby bar, there's something to suit every taste. The food was delicious, the presentation was impeccable, and the service was excellent.
For those seeking relaxation, Pullman Danang Beach Resort offers a tranquil spa and massage experience. The spa offers a wide range of treatments in a peaceful setting, allowing you to escape from the stresses of daily life and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. We had a couples massage and facial that was a great way to unwind after a long day of touring.
Overall, I have to say that Pullman Danang Beach Resort is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the resort, from the stunning architecture to the impeccable service. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious beach holiday in Vietnam.

The complex is on the beach but large so best views are rooms closest to the beach and need to be sea view requested and up on higher levels in the hotel complex....the ones right on the end closest to the beach are top end more expensive suites

Hoi An is too close to have shuttles from Da Nang. I took a cab. You can also arrange a cab for whole trip for the whole day. The taxi drivers here are very honest. They did not overprice us (crossed checked worh hotel later). We visited My Son and Hoi An in one taxi in one day. Taxi will wait for you till late night to bring you back to da nang.
There are more places to choose from in the Da Nang area.
