When we checked in our room was nice but had very little light so we moved to a larger room with an enormous floor to ceiling window and an open outlook. Spotless modern hotel with a very good breakfast with a great variety of Asian and European options. The location is good; a few minutes walk from both the main station and the river front area (maybe nearer 15 minutes) where most of the action is. However the best thing about this hotel is the outstanding staff. They were all so friendly, so helpful and efficient, and so pleasant - always smiling. A special mention for Thao who was charming and and; and for the young fella with glasses who was on the front desk a lot. Unfortunately we did not get his name but he was soooo helpful and efficient. A big thank you to all of the team at Avora. When we return to Danang we will stay there.

Chanced upon this local 3 star hotel and want to recommended all tourists looking for good location and yet it will not burn your pocket. Just in front of Han river, 4 mins drive to Dragon Bridge night market, 5 mins walk to Dragon Bridge, nearby Korean convenience store, massage parlours, nail and foot spa and the popular Han local market. Breakfast buffet is small but decent. Room are clean and basic necessity is available. They even have rooms providing the Han River View if you are willing to pay a bit more. Check in on Sat or Sun, you can view the Dragon blowing fire and water from your river view rooms.

The front desk manager Khang along with the bellman Huy went out of their way to assist us in retrieving a bank card that was accidentally left in one of the bank machines after a completed transaction. The end result was we were able to get the card safely back in our hands without any unexpected circumstances happening with it. A BIG Thank You goes out to both of them for their patience and the attentive customer service given to us in this unsettling situation. Also, Vi at the front desk was also very kind and helpful to us with booking tours. The entire staff was really wonderful. The door man and the kitchen staff were always friendly and very welcoming. We highly recommend the Avora Hotel!

Staff are very friendly, humble & welcoming…. Typical of Vietnamese culture in general. My room was good size, comfortable bed, great shower room, electric kettle. Was on a high floor with view to the Pink church. Breakfast was very good, generally Asian buffet selection (as you would expect) pho and eggs cooked to order anyway you liked. Definitely nothing to complain about there. Wifi worked very well. Viewing terrace on the top floor have a great view of the river & dragon bridge. Checked out 4.30am in pouring rain, night staff carried my bag and held umbrella for me going in to taxi getting wet himself but he genuinely wanted to help me. I would have no hesitation in staying here again when I’m next in Danang.

This place was perfect. The rooms were good and confortable, staff was very kind ( expecially the doorman, he was so nice!). Position was very good, in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the dragon bridge. And finally the restaurant was at the nineth floor, so there was a beautiful viene of the city. Highly recommended

The hotel is located on the main Le Duan road where is closer the student night market, such an amazing convinient location because it’s closer to train station, han bridge and can go everywhere with the good motorbike of Avora. I also love the big soft bed, super clean room and modern facilities inside room. The young security man is so kind, friendly to all people. The receptionist is helpful too. Let me do this hotel some justice after reading the mixed reviews. This is a small hotel, but in good condition. We booked the family suite which has a huge balcony & fantastic view of the dragon bridge- meaning you have a sunrise view & night view of the dragon bridge in yr suite. My only complain is the water in the shower could be more heat consistent. I enjoyed my stay there, do yrself a favor, book the suite rooms, its totally worth it.

Hotel located near river and near other famous place. Nice and new room I like the bed and the pressure of water is really good, me and my friend really enjoy and breakfast in the morning also good.
