Apart from one or two staff the other staff struggled to make a positive impression - possibly their lack of English was an issue - although that shouldn't make a difference. The breakfast on the first morning was some noodle concoction which didn't go down well with any of us although the baguette and egg on the second (and thankfully...

As we entered the hotel we were met by a not so welcoming staff who were all chatting with their family. It didn't feel as if they were interested in us at all. They didn't have a map of the city, so we had to by one at a store down the road. It seemed to us that they were...

We have been travelling for over two months now and stayed in some Homestay is by far the nicest, friendliest, welcoming place that we have stayed. We travelled from Nah Trang by bus where we arrived in Hoi An at 6am. The family allowed us to check in at this time. We originally booked for two night however quickly extended...

Arrived looking for a clean and safe hotel at a reasonable price and that is what I got. It is not near the beach or river but taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. It is near to the train station and major shopping if you like clothing etc. Restaurants including western chains near by. Not many tourists in this general area....

This is a relatively modern hotel with lovely reception staff and a large kitchen and restaurant-style dining room on the first floor. Breakfast and coffee is included and made to your specifications. Wifi is also free, and motorbikes are available for hire.

Everything of this hotel is not good condition, old room with difficult key, dirty bath room with uncomfortable smell. The Breakfast just eggs and green tea. Just good for near airport and near Con market

I booked thought hotel.com for one night in mid April 2013. I arrived late from the airport and was provided with a room. When I went to check out the next day, they requested i pay with my credit card since it was a short stay. Rejecting my protests I paid by card and caught the bus to Hoi Ann....

One of our worst choice. Although the hotel is such a landmark in the surrounding area, the room for 4 adult persons is too small that we don't have much space to move around. All the accessories is old and some malfunctions such as the choked washing basin, non-working hot water generator. Little Home 2 is better i heard

Well located, friendly staff, affordable BUT the mice almost drove me away. In 3 weeks, I stayed in 3 separate rooms but they ALL had mice. When I asked for something to be done (mousetraps?) my complaint was regarded with amusement. When I brought in a Vietnamese friend to advocate on my behalf in Vietnamese, she was advised that the...
