Stayed at this wonderful hotel in November, traveled with friends, stayed in a family room. Reception staff were pleasant and checked us in very quickly, explained about the hotel facilities and meal times. We received a free Vietnamese meal and as it was my birthday another meal in the hotel to celebrate the occasion with my friends. Breakfast had a good variety of food on offer and there was an egg station. The cold Vietnamese coffee is a must and a great pick me up in the morning. The restaurant staff worked extremely hard keeping everything stocked up. The cocktails in the evening were buy 2 get 1 free and wine was buy 1 get 1 free. The spa was lovely had had some great offers on during our stay. The shuttle into old town was easy to book, taxi prices are low and easy to book via the hotel. I would recommend going to the hotels private beach club for the day. The room was large, air conditioned, tea and coffee making facilities and the bottled water was replenished daily. Grounds and swimming pools were lovely, plenty of sun beds and very quiet. Tour of the silk village was very good and I would definitely recommend it.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Incredible kind and helpful staff. Value for price is amazing. The beds are very comfy and the shower pressure and temperature is better than numerous 5 star luxury resorts I’ve been in. We arrived with 3 kids (age of 4 and 6 year twins) the family room with a connecting door was spacious and comfortable.
My daughter and husband went for the in-house silk tour and lantern making class. They loved the experience !
The hotel is not in the old town of the city but the GRAB app was very helpful and only cost a few bucks for a 5-8 min ride to town. I actually preferred to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Specially with kids.

The front desk staff was unbelievable helpful and kind. Specially Huy !!! He is incredible and for the first time in my 40+ years I had a feel that his care and concern was so genuine and came from a place of love and not just duty. Special shout also for Thinh….whenever she would see my kids, she would leave her desk, walk around and come to hug and play with them.
What makes this place so wonderful is not just a few bricks and showers :) it’s the warmth of those wonderful souls that made us feel so welcome and loved.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in early Feb. We had hoped to chill by the pool for a bit but were unlucky with the weather and it was grey and cloudy until the day we left. Thankfully it did stay dry apart from the odd shower so it didn’t detract from our time there, apart from pool time! Firstly the negatives- as requested, we had been allocated an upper room for our pool villa but we found it very dark, especially in the bathroom. It also only had a bath with a shower overhead. The next day we asked if we could move to a downstairs room if it had a proper shower cubicle and luckily there was one available. They kindly showed it to us and we were delighted with it. The shower area was spacious and so much brighter. No bath but that suited us fine.
The breakfast wasn’t great. While the choice was fairly large, the quality was so-so. Unfortunately I think it was our most disappointing breakfast in the 4 hotels we stayed in during our 3 week holiday. That said, it didn’t do us any harm not to gorge at breakfast and it wasn’t awful, just not as good as other reviews suggested (in our opinion).
The positives-, and there were many….staff were all lovely and friendly. I was given a discount voucher for a spa treatment and I had a 1.5 hour massage which was divine. We also got given a free dinner in their restaurant which was fine but we were about the only ones eating in it so a bit lacking in atmosphere (not their fault of course) . Also, the menu choice was pretty much what was served at breakfast the next morning in the Asian section (stir fry pork etc). That said, for a free meal it was pleasant enough but we would normally choose to eat out of a hotel. We arranged for our hotel transfers from the airport and then back to DaNang. Probably a bit more expensive than other companies but it was convenient and worth the little bit extra and the car was spacious, clean and driver courteous.
It is about 25 min walk into town which we generally did but as we got closer to the centre it was much slower with the pavements covered with bikes etc. We got the hotel to arrange a taxi once or twice and it wasn’t at all expensive.
There is a little shop opposite the hotel that does laundry and a little supermarket to pick up any drinks/snacks. Overall, those negatives were VERY minor (and the room issue was more a reflection on what we prefer) and we would definitely consider this hotel again if we return. I would not like to be close to the centre of town, too busy! The pools looked so lovely and it’s a shame that the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy them so hopefully next time. We were very sad to leave.

Beautiful resort hotel. The rooms are very comfortable—- great AC, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The bathroom is an open concept ( the door for the toilet slides between the shower and is frosted glass). The breakfast is good and the pool area is nice. They offer free shuttles to the beach and to Old Hoi An.

We stayed 2 nights in Moverie Collection Silk Village. Breakfast was delicious and local cuisine was varied. The swimming pool was also very large and clean so we could swim comfortably, we visited Silk Village tours and it was very useful. I learned a lot of information here. Especially the staff here were very friendly and always helpful. I helped with everything. Rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job of keeping the room clean, mopping the floors and making sure we always had a made bed and clean towels. This also was the first hotel which let us have two keys so we could keep our fridge cold and batteries charged. Alot of other hotels in Vietnam are strict about having two room keys which is annoying.

Everything was good. The view from the accommodation was pretty and everyone was friendly. Linh and Huy at the front desk were friendly. Thank you. The pool was large and there weren't many people, so it was easy to swim. There were people handing out towels, and breakfast was included, so you didn't have to worry about breakfast. It was a clean American breakfast. Bread. I recommend this and juice. We spent our last four nights at Mulberry Collection Silk Village, and our stay could not have been more perfect! The location is ideally located between the town and the beach (closer to the town), with complimentary cycles and shuttle services. We took the bikes on three mornings and had a really pleasant ride through the rice fields to An Bang Beach. In the afternoons, we took the 14:30 shuttle into town. If you miss the last shuttle back, a Grab taxi is between 30,000 and 55,000dong (£1 to £1.90). The grounds are immaculately tended, with two gorgeous pools that have such a relaxing ambiance. All of the staff are so friendly and professional and breakfast is varied and plenty. If you want to be accessible to both the beach and the town, I doubt there’s a lovelier place to stay. Our room was a ‘Trendy Premier with Balcony’, which was a really good size and overlooked the pool. There’s a very cheap and good laundry service, directly opposite the hotel.
