Tea and coffee making facilities but like all of the hotels here we have stayed in, no milk.
Laundry service provided if you stay two nights, around £2 a kilo.
TV in room has just CNN if your looking for English speaking.
Pool area is nice and also quiet when we stayed. Swim up bar. Large double sun beds or single ones. Pool towels provided.
Breakfast has a wide range of items for both western and Asian tastes.
Only feedback would be there’s nothing to hang wet bathroom towels after showering and hard to find plug sockets that worked. Room 302.

We were moved to Sincerity from another close by hotel as we were not happy with the construction going on there. We are really happy that we ended up here, that we ended up extending our stay for another 3 nights!
The pool is so clean and lovely to use, the gym was well equipped and clean, and breakfast each day was excellent! So much variety in the fruits especially, which we love when in SEA. In our opinion it's also in the perfect location as between the beach and old town, as well as a lot of GREAT restaurants in the area, and much more authentic than what you'll find in the old town. There are free bikes to use whenever you want, as well as regular free shuttles going between the beach, hotel and old town. Honestly it made our stay so enjoyable to be able to get around so easily. There is also water to refill your bottles at reception, which is so thoughtful in this climate. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a balcony facing out towards a garden, so no noisy traffic.
Finally, all the staff, from the cleaning staff, to the breakfast staff, to the shuttle drivers, to the security staff, to the front desk staff, are so friendly and helpful, and as good as many 5* resorts I've stayed at. They really made us feel welcome. If I am back in Hoi An, I will stay again! Thank you for a lovely and relaxing stay! :)

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hoi An Sincerity Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there again. The hotel is located out of the old city which may deter some people but to overcome this they have shuttle busses running into the city and to the beach regularly each day. Also the Hotel is only a 10 minute walk to old city so you have the option to walk in and then catch the shuttle back. There are several smaller restaurant located near the hotel which are worth a visit. We tried the restaurant in the Hotel several times where the food was excellent and priced at a level that made it worthwhile eating there if that suited you. We used the pool each day which is large and well maintained, we swam mid morning and late in the afternoon to keep out of the hot sun. They have a seats around the pool that provide relief from the sun. There is a Gym that is a bonus that was regularly used. The cost of the hotel is value for money for what is provided. The breakfasts are a buffet style consisting of both traditional western food and was a highlight of the morning. Customer service is a high priority at this hotel with all staff being very proficient. All staff go the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Special thanks to Flora, Vicki, Jasmine, Chris, Michael, Ken and Gin and all others that looked after us. We look forward to our next visit. Sorry about the pictures of the food it was that good we would only think of photos after we started!

Affordable price and breakfast by the pool was very, very good. and mr.ken. and Ms. Vin. He was very, very kind and I really liked that he was very friendly even on the last way to see me off. Next time I come to Hoi An, I definitely plan to stay here again. The traffic nearby is not good, but it was really nice to rent a motorcycle to get around, and there are many massage shops nearby, which is nice. The beer I ordered from room service was very cold, so I was very satisfied.

enjoyed my stay at the Sincerity Hotel. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice of fruit and juices, oriental, continental and traditional western cooked items. There is a well kept pool and outdoor area for relaxing, a small gym and beauty therapies. The front of house team were welcoming and efficient. My bedroom had a comfortable bed with a firm mattress and good quality sheets. The shower was over the bath tub and offered plenty of hot water and satisfactory pressure. There was a small balcony with table d chairs. This hotel was positioned a little way from the many attractions Hoi An has to offer the tourist with the centre being a twenty minute walk; the hotel also offers a regular, free shuttle into town.

First of all, the interior has a very old-fashioned and clean feel. and. The breakfast was so delicious😍 It was perfect even for me who is picky about what I eat... Especially since all the breads are delicious, be sure to try them. The swimming pool is clean and bug-free ^^ Highly recommended for those who like swimming in deep water 👍 I used it at night and it was very nice because there were very few people using it and the atmosphere was quiet! And all the staff are so friendly❤️❤️ Even when I almost got scammed by a taxi driver, I managed to solve it thanks to the counter staff... I changed accommodations a total of 3 times during my trip to Vietnam, and out of all the accommodations I visited, the swimming pool water was the cleanest and I liked that there was no strong scent like bleach from the water! The depth of the water ranges from a shallow pool for children to gradually deepen to 180cm, making it great to swim and play! Breakfast was shared with the hotel next door and was delicious. It was nice that the additional services were friendly,, ❤️ Above all, I liked the shuttle bus system that allows you to go back and forth between Anbang Beach and Old Town for free, saving you the cost of Grab and being comfortable! I would stay again at this hotel, as soon as you arrive they quickly help take your Luggage inside and got offered a Juice drink. The pool was clean, and cleaners were always sweeping up Leaves that fell in water or the sides of pool. The building was pretty and the staff was really friendly!! They listened to all of my requests and were very kind in recommending restaurants and providing shuttle service haha. Breakfast was also delicious with many different types of bread. The hair dryer in our room didn't work well, but it was still worth staying in!!! Vin, Dolphin, and Tom were really, really friendly. Small talk was fun haha. I also used the laundry service, and it felt like I was wearing new clothes because they were clean and smelled good. You can also eat at the hotel next door. I liked the pool and the view because it was even prettier in the evening!
