Room was nice, we stayed 1 night at Royal Riverside Hoi An. Breakfast was delicious and many choiced of selection. This hotel was only 15 minutes to the old city. Staff was friendly Thanks Than, Phuong, Uyen

Amazing front desk customer service from Chau and Uyen. Really nice clean place. Love the big bath and large room. I'm visiting the spa this afternoon for some pampering. The location is good away from the noise of the town but still a pleasant 12 mins away. I love the breakfast buffet too.

Fantastic hotel with great staff. Than was especially helpful in reception. Fantastic rooms, location and town. If you get the opportunity to take a massage in the hotel as great value for money. A must would be to take the hotels bikes out and visit the coconut village .

Our first visit to Hoi an will be a memorable stay here at the Royal Riverside Hotel . We were greeted at the door by what has to be the most welcoming staff ! Truly heart warming ♥️ 💓 ❤️ 💖 💕 Each & every employee have been chosen with care. Ha & her colleagues at reception are so helpful, there really isn't anything that could be too much trouble. Our floor 6 room (603) is so lovely. Fluffy pillows, huge bed & extremely clean linen. Perfect!! Our only regret is the weather,which has not been so kind, however the staff have truly brought sunshine to our stay . Thank you everyone 💕😊

I will stay in hotel 1 night Royal Riverside. The hotel is nice location, just walk five minutes on the old town. The breakfast is good. The room so comfortable, nice pool. The staff very helpful specially is Uyen and Chau. Thank you so much.
