Stayed here in Hoi An , it's on Cam Nam island. After traveling from Hanoi and not staying in the best hotel there it was a welcome relief to end up here. The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable we had slept in for a while. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Not far from the old town but quiet enough for some r and r. Would recommend staying here if you are in Hoi An.

Loved the boutique style and the rooms were huge - had balcony over the front. I was a bit fearful of noise given the location of my room, but both nights quieted respectfully by about 10pm or just past. Comfortable. Large breakfast area on the terrace in the mornings. Walking distance to the touristy part of Hoi An over the river. Lots of local small places to eat nearby if you want to avoid the touristy old town area.

We very much enjoyed our experience at Acacia. The staff were great, room was okay, and the location was awesome. We liked that it wasn’t right in the middle of the busy markets and shops but just a short walk to Hoi An’s old part of town. We didn’t quite enjoy the restaurant as the menu did not reflect all elements of the dishes. I for example ordered rice with vegetables and got that along with meat and seafood. I’m a vegetarian. But oh well, plenty of other options around. We would come here again!

Lovely looking hotel fro the outside and room was clean and tidy. Bathroom really does need updating, not a nice shower and showing signs of its age. Didn't use the breakfast, spa or pool so can't comment on these. Staff friendly and really easy walk to main parts of Hoi An. Probably would not stay here again but happy enough for the price paid this time.

You get what you pay for at this hotel. If I could I would give it a 3 and a half stars. Most of these stars would go to the staff at the spa, Lily and her team were wonderful people. They cut my hair and did pedicures for my mother and I and we enjoyed every moment. Thank you ladies! The room was OK. Very spacious, nice balcony, beds fairly comfortable and working a/c. The bathroom needed a renovation. It didn't feel clean, for example soap dispenser was rusty and bin didn't close properly. The walls are fairly thin, if next door has the TV on... you'll know! Swimming pool area is nice. If theres more than a few people it can get pretty loud due to echo. Bar food was actually pretty good! Banana pancake was great! Reception staff was hit or miss, at times super friendly and at others not at all. Breakfast was bland, we only had it once whilst there and had some concerns over food having been left uncovered from 6 00am to 9 30am. This is a shame because the setting for breakfast, the roof terrace is very pleasant. As this hotel is called heritage hotel, it would be great if they gave the place a bit of TLC. Overall, a fine experience. Probably wouldn't go again, but ok for a few nights.
