The resort is really beautiful. The architect is excellent, every building combine perfectly. We loved the room so much, was tidy and good decoration. The location was good, between Hoiana ancient town and Cua Dai beach, you can go to both. Enjoy!

Lily and Alma took such good care of us after a long day of walking and seeing the sights of Hoi An. We feel so good and are so happy we went! Wish we were staying longer! Thank you! Clean, relaxing environment and very welcomong. The hotel is very refined and unique - and everyone made us feel at home but the real joy was the massage - just made is feel so good!

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a week and couldn’t have been happier! The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to the beach or old town via the hotel shuttle bus. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The whole hotel area is kept spotless The food is delicious, and very reasonable What makes the hotel, though, are the staff. Everybody is friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I will definitely stay here again and would reccomend the hotel to anybody thinking of coming to Hoi An

It was a nice and central hotel, in one of the main streets. The price was very good, and the room was perfectly fine. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, sadly, because of the rain, but it was a very charming outdoor area.

Really nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms with a balcony, very friendly staff, and a nice restaurant with good food. But the nicest thing is that you can follow a really great cooking class. You can select the food for a 3 course lunch or dinner that you want to prepare, and the next day you go with the chef to the local market to do the shopping. Then you get dressed in your cooking whites and he shows you how to prepare the food. Then you have to do it yourself. He showed to be a very good (and patient) instructor and also told us a lot about the ingredients that we did not recognise etc. My wife and me had a lot of of fun, but also learned a lot about Vietnamese cooking. At the end we received a certificate, and for us more important, the recipes for all items on the menu we could select from. A great experience. Very recommended!

What a lovely hotel. Far better than a sterile chain, the Lotus is small and friendly. Situated so you can either walk into the old town or take the shuttle or a cheap taxi. Sisters with the Dolphin Beach Bar on An Bang beach. Jane was amazing - so friendly and helpful. The mini bus driver is also great...so friendly and a safe driver. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in Hoi An (an amazing old town - a must visit). Thanks to all in the Lotus for a perfect stay.

We had 3 standard rooms for for nights. Pros: The room was situated far from the street so we had no real issues with noise from the traffic. Room was clean and of good size. The bed was good - not too soft and long enough for a scandinavian :-) Breakfast buffet was exuberant. Service from the staff was impeccable, polite and warm. Cons: The bathroom is a little outdated, and using the shower will cause a good amount of water on the floor. Other: The hotel arranged for at scooter tour "Local Teller Tour" - highly recommendable.

Nice and cozy hotel located on a main road of Hoi An. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. It has a nice little pool. Excellent massage in the spa. There is a couple of kilometers to the Old Town in one direction and the same to the beach in the other direction.
