The first word that I think about this hotel is: dirty. When we entered in the room it was dirt everywhere, hair on the floor, ants on the table, and spots and stains on every sheet (pillows included). We stayed 2 nights, and after the maked-up of the room, the second night it was less dirt. Moreover, there is no...

Honesty not a bad word to say. Everything was made comfortable from the second we arrived including the complimentary breakfast and the lovely helpful receptionist Hong. The pool was an added bonus and staff were happy to make us aware of the ongoing happy hour. Would go back in a heartbeat. Oh and the breakfast is amazing ❤️

Having only booked this hotel the day before our arrival we didn't really know what to expect. But when we got there we where greeted by a lovely reception team! We where shown to our room which was on the second floor, a great big room with two double beds. The room was clean and had good AC, all you...

Stayed here as part of a tour group. On arrival we were told they were doing some maintenance which at first we had no issue with. Lots of dust all over the hotel and we were woken at around 7am with what sounded like someone was using a power drill on the other side of our rooms wall. The construction...

When i first pulled up I thought what a good place we had chosen to stay! I arrived early with no prior warning but they were more than happy to check me in and let me go to my room. The food was beautiful and the pool was lovely (I swam pretty much every day). The rooms were beyond what...

Hotel was adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the linen smelled like it had been washed and then left to simmer for a few days. The ac was old and inefficient but it looked as though they were replacing these while I was there. The worst was that we couldn't seem to turn off our lights without...

Reception staff would not open the fridge for us past 9pm for a drink and the hotel did nothing about a stranger with a mental disorder staying on the floor of the hotel. People feared for their safety and the hotel did nothing.

Staying here was the 3rd place to stop during my 7 week south east Asia tour with Tucan travel in November 2014. 1st place was golden springs hotel in Hanoi and then a junk boat overnight stay in Ha long bay. Then got the overnight train from Hanoi to Hue. 2nd stop was DMZ Hotel, in Hue then a taxi...

We stayed here for two nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the swimming fool where we spend hours reading book. We will come back here when we back to Hoi An.

- the room was tidy, but barely clean - aircon worked - staff were not helpful, spent most of their shift asleep under the stair case or smoking in the non smoking areas. - Not very central, a bit of a walk to anything worth doing - laundry service is well priced - interior was loud, paper thin walls allowing...
