The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged our transportation to and from Danang, did our laundry and made tour bookings for us. The beds in our room were the most comfortable we have slept in the last few weeks. The pillows were perfect. The hotel is quite well located, 5-10 minutes away on foot from...

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, the rooms were excellent and the breakfast was also very good. The swimming pool was a little bit too cold. It was low season, so there werent many other tourists. They were also busy making a café inside, but it wasnt finished yet.

A few minutes walk from the Centre of Hoi An and just outside of the hustle, bustle, and tourist traps, this place is all you could want! It's cheap, with clean, comfortable, rooms and beds, and to top it off, they have a very nice swimming pool to cool off in after a warm days wandering! The breakfast was brilliant...

Staff are extremely friendly and one of the nicest people you can probably meet. Front desk are extremely informative about tours and places to go around the city. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are on a budget and looking for great customer service and accommodation

We stayed at Hai Yen for 2 nights and found the staff to be some of the nicest, helpful people we've met. Huey was great at showing us where to go with Jennifer and Hien close by to help with anything

This hotel is a great choice for budget minded families! Room was comfortable, good size, with bathtub. Large outdoor pool with comfortable seating- the pool is a little deep for younger swimmers (6 yo could barely touch ground in 1 small section of pool- I could not touch in the rest of pool either). Bigger kids and teens will love...

Was staying here with my boyfriend and brother for 3 nights and had a great time staying here!. Was close and central to everywhere and the staff were always polite and very helpful! We rented motorbikes from them and a good price and we had a difficult time parking them near the old ancient town as they got moved and...

Not a great hotel. We checked in here after being enticed by the pool which was nice, and the room was clean with comfy beds, but wouldn't recommend other than that. The hotel was going under some major construction to its rear while we were staying which meant a nice relaxing subathing session by the pool was accompanied by the...

Booked 2 nights at this hotel purely for the pool. Staff were welcoming and showed us to our rooms that were clean and comfortable. Show was a bit weak if you wanted hot water but still did the job. Overall the rooms were fine. The outdoor swimming pool was lovely but hard to relax by due to the (much needed)...

This hotel is all about the staff. Treat them like family and that is exactly how they will treat you. The breakfast could do with a little upgrade but was adequate for our needs. The pool was warm but then what do you expect. I could never stay anywhere else in Hoi An. We spent a month in Vietnam but...
