We were there for three nights with some friends. This homestay has big rooms, good ac, good wifi and we had very nice breakfasts every morning for only 7$ , sleeping in a dorm for four people. The family is very friendly, they helped us to book a motorbike and some tours, always happy and helpful. It's near the old...

Firstly the rooms are lovely, they are of a good size with en-suit, extremely clean and had air conditioning which you had the remote for at all times. The family are amazing, always there to help at any time of day. If you need anything, ask them and they will tell you what is best, book taxis, or just be...

Made our stay in Hoi An, the hosts were exceptionally helpful, location was great with respect to the each and the town centre. They even posted on clothes that I left behind. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!

Lovely old home converted into a beautiful hostel. Staff here were fantastic. Free breakfast included. Good showers and wifi too, beds were average but you can't really expect the ritz! Would definitely recommend! Bike tours (top gear route) to Hue are easily organised here as well.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect location - 20 minute walk to old town or a 30k cab. The villa is run by a family and they will help you with everything ranging from extending your visa to cooking classes in their kitchen and finding you a tailor in town. I'd recommend this place to anyone :)

One of the best places I've stayed in Vietnam. It's located between the beach and the historical center or the town. The owners are very nice, honest and helpful people. The bathroom is very good and I liked that the beds are single, not bunk. The breakfast was also delicious.

Extremely welcoming & friendly place to stay. Ms Nga & family are all amazing! Being a family run guest house you really get the feeling of being at home which is great when travelling & missing a bit of home comfort. Location wise it's about 20mins walk from old town/night market/bars but you walk though the beginning of old town...

A friend of mine recommended us this place and we were disapointed. The staff is incredibly nice. You can rent bycicles for the day and even take some cooking classes with one of the owner. The little extra: breakfast is included!

We really loved staying here when we were in Hoi An. It really added something special to our trip! It's family run and the people are so friendly and will do anything for you. It has lovely clean rooms and great breakfast included in price for your room! It's in good location and you can hire bikes for small cost...

We had an awesome experience staying here and Nga was very helpful when we needed to rent bicycles, book tours and general information. The location is great, about a 10 min bike ride to the beach (highly recommend) and about a 15 min walk from the old town on a nice quiet street. The bike tour we booked through her...

“No swim pool but there is a pool near by where you can swim laps and is very inexpensive. No fitness centre thats what bicycles are for. Rooms are all confortable.”

“Let the staff know if you'll be out late in town (this means after 10pm!) so someone can let you in through the gate. Otherwise, you'll end up scaling the wall like we had to when we got no answer after ringing the bell several times! Or, better yet, perhaps the hotel should consider giving guests a key to the gate ?”
