Great little hotel with great restaurant as previously reviewed by my previous posting. Restaurant has maintained its great food over the last year. The hotels staff are fantastic and helpful. The rooms a little small. Position of hotel great in the old quarter near bars and restaurants and walk to lake. Clean comfortable and recommended. Only negative is breakfast little bit pricey at 12-14 USD
Now my twice a year residence this feels like home. Beautifully clean, well appointed rooms, lovely swimming pools and exquisite gardens this resort offers all you could need. There are two top class restaurants to compliment the property with indoor and outdoor dining and opening in the next few months more new rooms and another pool. Having travelled extensively what always impresses me is the customer service that would put many other, bigger name overseas hotels to shame. Now each time I arrive everyone greets me with welcome back and more importantly welcome home because that is what it feels like. When you visit Hoi An, and you must, look no further than La Siesta to stay, you will not be disappointed.
We stayed in 2 hotels while in Hanoi and this was my favorite. We had the balcony room and it was large, clean, had a fun view of the street, and a very comfortable bed! The food was outstanding and the service was perfect. The staff helped us find the restaurants we were looking for and arranged many things for us. The welcome tea was so good - no idea what it was but I loved it! Highly recommended!
This hotel is stunning. We stayed here as part of a tour. We had a set meal on our arrival which was very good. The rooms are spacious and our room had a view over the swimming pool. Our evening meal and breakfast was wonderful there was so much choice and it was all well presented and very tastey. The staff are so nice nothing is too much trouble and they are all so polite. Many a hotel could learn from them. Hoi An old town is not too far to visit. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool more.
Stayed here this year for the whole of August. everything was perfect from the staff to the amenities and even the weather. Nothing was ever a problem for guest services or the acting General Manager.
